Exceptional Care -- Service Before Self! My family and I…read morehave trusted Vail Family Dentist with our dental care for well over a decade, and experiences like this are exactly why we will not look elsewhere. I want to give special recognition to Senior Dental Hygienist Ashely N. for going above and beyond when I recently experienced an unfortunate chipped crown. Ashely worked what felt like a miracle to get me into the office the very same day. From the moment I spoke with her, she was friendly, compassionate, professional, and reassuring. She made me feel less like a patient and more like family. Ashely assured me that everything was going to work out--and she was absolutely right. She took the time to make sure I was cared for and even helped arrange my follow-up care with an endodontist (root canal specialist) whom I felt comfortable with. As a retired military member, I understand what "Service Before Self" truly means, and Ashely exemplifies that principle. She genuinely cares about people and represents the very best of what outstanding customer service and patient care should look like. In my opinion, Ashely is truly the face of Vail Family Dentist. Her professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile reflect incredibly well on the entire practice. After more than a decade of having our family cared for by this office, they continue to earn our trust and loyalty. Vail Family Dentist is our dental home, and we wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Thank you, Ashely, for taking such great care of me and my family and for treating us like your own. Five stars without hesitation!

At first I was concerned if it was going to make it worse or better. People have always told me that sometimes physical therapy can actually hurt you more than help you. In this case that just was not true. These people truly care, help you. They push you to better yourself but never try to push you any further than you can go. They always have everything clean, sanitized and they were very caring and always explained everything very well and helped anytime you needed it. They always had a very specific plan for when you got there based off your progress and had all the means and tools ready for you for that session. They were very friendly and kind and made the experience that much better because they treated you like family. I even got the pleasure to meet shadow and Rosie and that alone brightened my day. Animals truly are great therapy for the heart mind and soul .They're very good with their patients I honestly wish I didn't have to leave. There were never any wait times literally they had you walk right back and had everything ready for you.
