We often go visit her and eat at one of the dining rooms. Just after Christmas we had a family lunch with about 8 of us. Our server was very friendly. The food is very good. I've enjoyed their burgers, salads and salmon. Sometimes they are a bit short on staff and things take a bit longer but if you know that going in, it's not an issue. I am so happy my mom has found a place she loves to live at and a place we're we fell good about and know she is in great care.

Beware ! Emeritus is in the process of being taken over by a new company.The recent changes are…read moreominously indicating that things are taking a turn for the worse. Recently after bringing my Father back to Emeritus from a late night outing , we couldn't get back in the place . Turns out the security code had been changed.No one had notified my Father or I of this.My Dad and I couldn't get in the door for over 1o minutes.I had to go out in the rain and bang on the nurses station door to get someones attention .So we could finally be let back in his room. The next day I kindly a ask the manager for the new security code .I was told she couldn't give it out and that next time I`d have to ring a doorbell anytime after 8 pm to be let in. The truth of the matter is that by 8pm the place is deserted. No desk person , no security guard.Ridiculous that my Father and I are expected to somehow flag down staff via a doorbell as if its our fault for coming in late. Add to that various requests for staff to WATCH MY FATHER TAKE HIS MEDICATION . Numerous times this has not been done as his meds have been found untaken and hidden in drawers and misplaced instead of taken. My Father pays monthly rent for this service and now he cant even get get back into his own room without a hassle. And the food.(don't get me started on that ) Another sign to stay away from this place.

I spoke to a very knowledgeable person at the company and then a liaison came to the home. I gave them a very short time line to provide caregivers... they came through with flying colors. The caregivers that were sent had the utmost compassion, they were professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the need for care was short...as the client passed. I recommend them above any other facility we dealt with...hospitals, rehab. and hospice. They got the job done.

My mom's husband recently passed away and my sister and I were in town to go with my mom to various…read moreproperties to check them out to see if she would be comfortable living there. We had a number of appointments scheduled and felt either OK or uncomfortable with the places we toured. Then we found out about fellowship Square. We didn't have an appointment, but thought we would stop by anyhow to see if there was a possibility that we could take an unscheduled tour. Sandra came in to get to know a little bit more of the situation and what things my mom was looking for and to explain the property and amenities. Ultimately, she spent several hours with us. She took us to the dining facility so that we could experience the facility and the food. We were very pleasantly surprised Both by the dining facility and the food and the staff. Our server was Robert and he was absolutely wonderful. He also overheard that it was my mom's birthday the next day and when we finished our meal, he had all of the servers come out and sing happy birthday to her. During the tour, Sandra passed by several of the residence and knew them by their name Which was a very positive Indicator of how the staff treats the residence. The facility itself is very open and full of flowers and fountains and trees And just a very positive place. The apartments themselves are good sized and all of the amenities are wonderful. My sister and I will be very comfortable with our mom living there and it is a place that my mom also feels comfortable about. The fact that they are a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit or organization and a Christian organization was icing on the cake!!
