Very frustrating place to look for specified items. Selection variety is lacking. Sections of items are becoming sparse. The store is short-handed, so if you need the fitting room, you must go to the customer service department. On the first visit, while the manager was very nice, opening a cashier check-out with live clerk, the time spent is never a quick stop for a few items. On a return trip, It took me 80 minutes to take back pants that weren't the right cut, get a refund, and try on jeans, same size, same brand, which fit. Go figure. Then again, check myself out. A little glitch with the machine didn't help, but the self check-out clerk was busy talking with someone. Finally got it to scan correctly. So yes, much of the afternoon on this one errand. Grrr. read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had with Walmart. Two of my children have the flu. My children prescription was send to Wal-Mart on 02/04/2019 around 11am. I went to Wal-Mart around 5pm to pick up the meds. The Wal-Mart worker told me that my kids' meds were not ready due fact that they were out of stock. She also stated that I can come back the next day after 2pm and they will have the Meds in stock. So I came back the next day around 6pm and STILL NO MEDICINE READY FOR ANY OF MY CHILDREN WHO ARE SICK WITH FLU! Again, the worker states that they are out of stock and to come back tomorrow after 2pm. I never received a phone or a text saying that they were out of meds. Clearly, I was upset so the worker sugguested that I have my prescription sent to a local pharmacy in town whom she knows has the Meds in stock but by this time it is almost 7pm at night so everything is closed. My 1 year old and 8 year had to go another night feeling miserable. So I transferred the prescription over to other pharmacy and picked it the next day with no problems. (Which is great! I am never going to Wal-Mart Pharmacy again). read more

At one point, she even asked me, "was it 3 bags?" -- how would I know? I placed an order for 7 items! Then, all of a sudden, she "found" the order after insisting it wasn't there. Instead of apologizing, she continued arguing and spoke over me the entire time. On top of that, they were questioning my sister and saying things like, "we didn't bother you, we never gave you a hard time," which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I moved here from Tx. and actually for approximately a year I drove from Carlsbad…read more N.M. to Amarillo TX. every month for Dr.'s appt.'s or lab work or both. Until I came across The Pacos Valley Family Clinic! I was looking for a closer physician because that drive every 3-4 weeks was too much for me. Anyways, long story short Pacos Valley Clinic had me come in and sign a form for Amarillo to release and fax my medical records to their office so they would have them for my scheduled appt. in two weeks. Everything went awesome on that first visit. I'm now going on 7 months with the same Dr. @ The Pacos Valley Family Clinic. They've been super great! I feel so blessed because I've got some medical issues and I seriously thought I may just have to drive to Texas every 3-4 weeks from now on. I don't even recall how I came across the Pacos Valley Family Clinic it was by mishap. But I called them and questioned someone, not one of the receptionist's. Anyways, they were skilled in the areas of care I needed so I scheduled an appointment and believe GOD was in control. Simple as that. The staff are all courteous and professional. The physician I see and am now established with is AMAZING he spends quality time with me on my appt.'s. He'll know immediately if something is wrong just by my demeanor. I really just can't say enough good things about this Clinic. I saw the other review from the guy who drove from Hobbs. I'm just some lady who is spending a lot of time on a review because I actually know this Clinic and it's staff. I'm not a Dr. but even I have like 6-7 really good questions I'd like to ask you. But I'm not going to because they're all along the lines of "Why are you driving from Hobbs to get a med refill? Or why couldn't the original prescribing physician refill it?" See, and you wonder why Pacos Valley Family Clinic wanted a medical history on you? You, sorta made yourself look like you're out doctor shopping. And made Pacos Valley Family Clinic look more professional and dedicated to patient care. Anyways, enough about you... For anyone looking for or needing a really GREAT medical clinic where you can get established I really do recommend the Pacos Valley Family Clinic on Pierce Street Carlsbad, N.M. they've done an amazing job for me!!! 5 STARS

I asked why they had scheduled an appointment and she said "I don't know". THEY COULDN'T HAVE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW????? Apparently they can't keep a schedule two days in advance...... I asked if I could see the other doctor standing behind her. She talked to him and said "no". I asked if he was busy and she said "no, he doesn't know your medical history". I explained that all I needed was a prescription refill, but the answer was still "no". I asked why he couldn't look at my medical history and she said "I don't know". What backwoods hick establishment is this where a doctor can't use a computer to look up medical history on a patient in their own office? From what I could see of the smug prick doctor in the background I'm glad I didn't see him anyway. I even talked to the Manager and his only response was "sorry". No acceptance of blame, didn't take responsibility. What a ridiculous joke of a place.
