I moved here from Tx. and actually for approximately a year I drove from Carlsbad…read more N.M. to Amarillo TX. every month for Dr.'s appt.'s or lab work or both. Until I came across The Pacos Valley Family Clinic! I was looking for a closer physician because that drive every 3-4 weeks was too much for me. Anyways, long story short Pacos Valley Clinic had me come in and sign a form for Amarillo to release and fax my medical records to their office so they would have them for my scheduled appt. in two weeks. Everything went awesome on that first visit. I'm now going on 7 months with the same Dr. @ The Pacos Valley Family Clinic. They've been super great! I feel so blessed because I've got some medical issues and I seriously thought I may just have to drive to Texas every 3-4 weeks from now on. I don't even recall how I came across the Pacos Valley Family Clinic it was by mishap. But I called them and questioned someone, not one of the receptionist's. Anyways, they were skilled in the areas of care I needed so I scheduled an appointment and believe GOD was in control. Simple as that. The staff are all courteous and professional. The physician I see and am now established with is AMAZING he spends quality time with me on my appt.'s. He'll know immediately if something is wrong just by my demeanor. I really just can't say enough good things about this Clinic. I saw the other review from the guy who drove from Hobbs. I'm just some lady who is spending a lot of time on a review because I actually know this Clinic and it's staff. I'm not a Dr. but even I have like 6-7 really good questions I'd like to ask you. But I'm not going to because they're all along the lines of "Why are you driving from Hobbs to get a med refill? Or why couldn't the original prescribing physician refill it?" See, and you wonder why Pacos Valley Family Clinic wanted a medical history on you? You, sorta made yourself look like you're out doctor shopping. And made Pacos Valley Family Clinic look more professional and dedicated to patient care. Anyways, enough about you... For anyone looking for or needing a really GREAT medical clinic where you can get established I really do recommend the Pacos Valley Family Clinic on Pierce Street Carlsbad, N.M. they've done an amazing job for me!!! 5 STARS

Ridiculous. DON'T GO HERE! I made an appointment two days in advance but after driving an hour…read moreand a half from Hobbs I showed up and the receptionist told me "your doctors not here today". I asked why they had scheduled an appointment and she said "I don't know". THEY COULDN'T HAVE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW????? Apparently they can't keep a schedule two days in advance...... I asked if I could see the other doctor standing behind her. She talked to him and said "no". I asked if he was busy and she said "no, he doesn't know your medical history". I explained that all I needed was a prescription refill, but the answer was still "no". I asked why he couldn't look at my medical history and she said "I don't know". What backwoods hick establishment is this where a doctor can't use a computer to look up medical history on a patient in their own office? From what I could see of the smug prick doctor in the background I'm glad I didn't see him anyway. I even talked to the Manager and his only response was "sorry". No acceptance of blame, didn't take responsibility. What a ridiculous joke of a place.

I came to this Famous Footwear in Carlsbad , NM, with my two daughters on 1.18.2025…read more It's located at the Carlsbad Pavilion, next to Maurices, Ross Dress for Less, Family Dollar, & Melrose Family Fashion. Was not welcomed or said hi to when we first entered. That was a red flag. My youngest really wanted the new Valentine Converses, but her and I butted heads about it because she wanted to go up two sizes because her true size wasn't "comfortable"... then the next size up wasn't comfortable either. I reminded her that Converses are cool but they aren't exactly comfortable plus they take a while to break in. My youngest has done this before with shoes... tried a pair of new shoes on that I suspected was slightly too long and said they felt fine and then when she actually wore them for a day, they slipped and gave her sores. To clarify, both of my children currently have the same size feet, so I had the oldest also try the same pair on and give me her opinion of how they felt. While all of this was going on, the staff members acted very strangely around us. They were friendly, but suspicious. The taller & heavier-set lady followed me everywhere at first & watched me like a hawk. It was so uncomfortable. The staff didn't do anything to assist with the measuring of my daughter's foot, or ask her questions and remind her that breaking in shoes takes a while. Guess they didn't need any sales that day. Not many sizes available in the boots section for women. Store was grungy and had worn-out benches for trying on shoes. I was fine walking out with no purchase because of all of the above complaints, but especially the lack of customer service.

They delivered to the wrong address and then I call ashleys and got, "we'll what do you want me to do about it?" That isn't good customer service off the bat! It got worse. I had to contact the third party for delivery which was even worse than before! Tom in artesia stated, "I did my job so I don't know what you want me to do. That's what was on the ticket that YOU put!" (Excuse me, I know our physical address and don't expect an attitude or to be blamed that it was my fault not once but twice by this guy!!!) Then I'm calling each place back and forth and then they pick up the bed and decide to reschedule it which sounded like an inconvenience to him due to the statements of, "I have MY own customers to take care of so I'm limited on time and decided to deliver for ashleys!" The lady at ashleys just told me she's a sales rep that's trying to smooth things over! Not much that she could do! Frustrating to not have anyone take initiative nor be courteous! Ridiculous!!!! Needless to say, they will never have my business again!!! I hope this doesn't happen to you as well!
