Until I came across The Pacos Valley Family Clinic! I was looking for a closer physician because that drive every 3-4 weeks was too much for me. Anyways, long story short Pacos Valley Clinic had me come in and sign a form for Amarillo to release and fax my medical records to their office so they would have them for my scheduled appt. in two weeks. Everything went awesome on that first visit. I'm now going on 7 months with the same Dr. @ The Pacos Valley Family Clinic. They've been super great! I feel so blessed because I've got some medical issues and I seriously thought I may just have to drive to Texas every 3-4 weeks from now on. I don't even recall how I came across the Pacos Valley Family Clinic it was by mishap. But I called them and questioned someone, not one of the receptionist's. Anyways, they were skilled in the areas of care I needed so I scheduled an appointment and believe GOD was in control. Simple as that. The staff are all courteous and professional. The physician I see and am now established with is AMAZING he spends quality time with me on my appt.'s. He'll know immediately if something is wrong just by my demeanor. I really just can't say enough good things about this Clinic. I saw the other review from the guy who drove from Hobbs. I'm just some lady who is spending a lot of time on a review because I actually know this Clinic and it's staff. I'm not a Dr. but even I have like 6-7 really good questions I'd like to ask you. But I'm not going to because they're all along the lines of "Why are you driving from Hobbs to get a med refill? Or why couldn't the original prescribing physician refill it?" I asked why they had scheduled an appointment and she said "I don't know". THEY COULDN'T HAVE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW????? Apparently they can't keep a schedule two days in advance...... I asked if I could see the other doctor standing behind her. She talked to him and said "no". I asked if he was busy and she said "no, he doesn't know your medical history". I explained that all I needed was a prescription refill, but the answer was still "no". I asked why he couldn't look at my medical history and she said "I don't know". What backwoods hick establishment is this where a doctor can't use a computer to look up medical history on a patient in their own office? From what I could see of the smug prick doctor in the background I'm glad I didn't see him anyway. I even talked to the Manager and his only response was "sorry". No acceptance of blame, didn't take responsibility. What a ridiculous joke of a place.

They didn't have the color that I wanted for my nails, but that was ok and I selected something else. I also chose my pedicure color while getting my nails done, a pinky orange. When she started applying the nail color, I noticed it was different from what I had selected and questioned her, she confirmed it was her number that I selected. I told her it looked more pink than what I had picked out, but she referred to the color number again and showed me the number on the bottle. Ok, I thought maybe it was my mistake and I told her the wrong number. When the lady beside was finished picking her color, I asked to see the chart, unfortunately, it was a different chart than I had because my number wasn't on it. My nail tech clued in at this point and retrieved the chart I had for me to verify. The number was correct, but the color on the chart was not the same as the color on the bottle. My tech said it was the same, so ai asked her to give it to me and I held it against my toes and asked her what she saw. Then she said ok, it's a little more pink. I corrected her and said it was A LOT more pink. Only then, after we were finished do she ask if it was ok, and I told her it will do. I wanted a pinky orange and wound up with hot Barbie pink. I was not impressed, but still gave her an 18% tip. No apology or accountability, so I will not be going back.
