I can say that all the staff that I've seen there are of the utmost, good people and who I've known from other places in Carlsbad and transferred. The doctor is a different story. Being that he is a former Naval member, could be the reason for his method of treatment toward other former military members of other services. During my last visit, while working on my molar I made him aware several times that not enough anesthesia was used because I could feel more intense pain as he progressed. It seemed like he could care less because the work continued till he finished with me. I don't understand why he continued with the work knowing his patient was in pain.

The front desk worker was extremely patient and tentative with helping me work around my travel schedule. The assistants did an amazing job, were kind, and answered any questions I had. I was able to get in within 2 weeks with both appointments I've made with them. Waited less than 15 minutes to get in after arriving. Phenomenal dentist experience.

Dr. Arora was reassuring and his hygienists and staff were super encouraging, however. The surgery ended up taking less than an hour, and I was impressed at its efficiency. Dr. Arora was careful to explain all of his actions along the way to set me at ease. The absolute best part was the recovery. My gums stopped bleeding about an hour after I got home, and I only had to take painkillers twice the first day and once the next. I attribute this in no small part to the skills of this office and recommend them without reservation.

He worked with me in helping find a surgeon that was trustworthy and knew how to handle my son's needs. I was in contact with multiple surgeons, went to multiple consults and Dr. Waters and his staff made the records necessary available to each one of them until we found the right one. He was in constant communication with the surgeon in Lubbock before and after my son's jaw surgery. The confidence that I now see in my son is mind blowing. He actually smiles and it's amazing! I can not express enough how life changing Dr. Waters has been to my son. He is also treating one of my other kiddos and he is very patient and attenuative to him. He is a young chatter box that has to know every single thing that is being done and why it's being done, so treatment can be difficult but Dr. Waters and his staff are amazing with him. His teeth have improved so much in the time that he has had braces and we no longer have to worry about his teeth that where growing straight out being damaged. 1000% recommend this office!
