I had a confirmed appointment scheduled for April 15th at 11:40 AM and received multiple reminder texts verifying that time. Then, less than 24 hours before the appointment, they canceled on me because their dental hygienist "messed up her schedule." Instead of taking responsibility and properly accommodating me, they tried to get me to come in earlier the same day--which isn't realistic for someone who works. When I explained that I couldn't rearrange my schedule on such short notice, they pushed my cleaning all the way out to August. To make matters worse, when I expressed my concerns over the phone, the staff member I spoke with was passive aggressive and came across as rude rather than helpful or understanding. That's unacceptable. A mistake on their end should not result in a patient being delayed four months for basic care. This shows a clear lack of respect for patients' time and reflects poor scheduling practices and declining customer service. I would appreciate someone from the office reaching out to make this right, because this experience has seriously impacted my confidence in continuing care here.

Aspen Dental's service took a complete 180 turn…read more Six months ago a doctor I had never seen before checked my teeth. He proceeded to ask me to show him how I floss. I understand guiding folks through techniques, but his manner was rude and unnecessary. This was after I waited for him over 30 minutes after my cleaning. A week or so ago I received what I thought was an erroneous email saying I needed to call to reschedule. I received a similar email this morning. Here's what it said: "This is your Aspen Dental care team. We apologize for the short notice, but we need to reschedule your upcoming visit. Give us a call today and we'll get you back on the books." On May 24, 2025 everything seemed fine as I received an email saying "see you for your cleaning soon!" Things changed fast! I called, but the receptionist told me that they aren't simply rescheduling. They are canceling all patient's appointments. They no longer have a doctor and are short at least one hygienist. I inquired when this situation would be resolved and she was unsure. She then suggested I call the offices in Clovis or Roswell, as well as Lubbock, Odessa, and Midland, TX. These destinations are over 90-120 miles away from Hobbs. What a huge disappointment in service and communication.

With the hopes of qualifying as a candidate for Invisalign, I managed an appoint on December 30, 2025. At first it started off rocky with the receptionist, but I filled out the hard copy of paperwork AGAIN that I already did on the Smile Doctor app. I guess the two entities do not communicate with each other. My treatment coordinator, Anne, delivered amazing professionalism and patience. Dr. Sperry was great. Also very professional and explained everything well for me. I laughed when my next representative told me I had to wait until my next appointment for the scanner since I have an iPhone 17. My top teeth in particular are not super crooked, but definitely not straight either. I'm just finally taking the time to improve them. I hope the entire process goes as great as this appointment did. Clean ortho areas and restroom. Ample parking out front.

Only 2 people were in front of me and it was an early appointment (8:30am) Usually they call you the first time to get an X-ray and then you go again wait in the waiting area.
