They got her in quickly, and they offered up water, snacks, and TV while she was getting the iv therapy. The area is quiet and comfy, and they were very attentive. Would definitely recommend if you need one!

Had labs done, they didn't run it through insurance right amd now have to pay 3000 out of pocket. They also do not know how to draw blood. They messed up and had to draw twice, second time they hit something causing my husband to have pain in his arm the last 2 months. 3 Web results Facebook · True Health LLC 2.1K+ followers Carlsbad NM - True Health LLC Rating · 5.0 (24 Reviews). True Health charged me for the lab, knew about it when I complained and still didn't resolve the bill. I changed to Hone to meet my clinical needs and they also use the same lab to process the lab. Hone is still trying to charge me for the previous bill, that is now in collections because True Health will not handle it. If you make the choice to use True Health you will regret it. Do not trust these people with your health.. it's a shoestring business that is only open when they feel like working. The hours of operation are not tended to. I can't call anyone to handle the issue. I went as far as to contact her on Facebook and she recently posted. They will charge services in your name, charge you for the service and charge the providers of the service in your name as well.. After multiple times of trying to resolve the issue they still have not taken action in over a year.
