DO NOT use this doctor for your child's health. She is not good with children or up to date with health check ups. Office staff is rude.

The doctor, Patricia Aldaz, is nothing more than a provider looking to secure copays. She doesn't…read morelisten to the patients concerns and writes them off. For example: I mentioned I get extreme stomach pain and that I had diverticulosis, which I had been seeing a gastro for before I moved states, and she wrote the pain off as the diverticulosis mixed with my diet, again which I had worked out with my gastro as being untrue. She never wrote me a referral for a gastro. I also asked her to sign a form for medical accommodations at work and I even offered to share the previous documents signed by my previous doctor to which she also declined because I was such a new patient. I worked all week to have my information transferred to the office so that the doctor would sign and even asked to be notified to come in when the information was received and I never got a call to come in when it was because it was apparently received on Wednesday. I went in today to finally have the forms signed and not only was the doctor not there, but I was told that she wouldn't have even signed the forms because I didn't have an appointment, so what was the point!! 0/10 I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have chronic issues. They don't listen to you and they make you run around in circles just to tell you it was all pointless.

I was on hold with the call center for over 30 minutes 2X today. This is beyond acceptable and I don't know how to leave a rating. Can't rate Pres's call center that would get a 0. I'll split the difference. Fix this problem!

My friend called ahead to see if they were accepting any walk-ins, and it was the perfect place!…read moreThey were very friendly and professional. They got her in quickly, and they offered up water, snacks, and TV while she was getting the iv therapy. The area is quiet and comfy, and they were very attentive. I visited True Health for an IV infusion and health consultation. Unfortunately, the experience was…read moredeeply unprofessional and concerning from start to finish. The facility itself did not appear particularly clean or well-maintained. One of the tables in the treatment room, where the IV bag had been placed, had damaged laminate with exposed particle board showing underneath. When the owner, a nurse practitioner, entered the room, she appeared unfamiliar with my appointment details and had not reviewed my chart. She seemed unaware that I had scheduled both an IV infusion and a health consultation, only recognizing the IV appointment because the IV bag had already been placed in the room. I have received IV treatments at multiple other facilities in the past, and in every case patients were placed in a comfortable chair with proper arm support so they could remain relaxed and stable during the infusion process. At True Health, however, she attempted to place the IV while I was seated upright on an exam table without proper support or positioning. After missing the vein, she continued moving the needle around while it remained inserted in my arm in an attempt to locate it. I became lightheaded and clearly communicated that I was not feeling well and wanted to stop the procedure. Despite this, she wanted to attempt another IV stick in my other arm or hand. Given that I was already lightheaded and uncomfortable after the first failed attempt, I declined to continue. At that point, the interaction escalated unnecessarily. When I declined further attempts, her demeanor immediately became argumentative and confrontational. She insisted I would still be charged for the IV bag despite the service not being completed. Her tone became increasingly hostile, and she physically positioned herself in a way that made it difficult for me to get off the table comfortably. As I left through the waiting area, she continued speaking to me in a raised and confrontational manner in front of staff and other patients. When I asked for a bandage while my arm was actively bleeding from the needle site, my request was refused. Throughout the encounter, I remained calm and simply attempted to leave. I was ultimately charged $151 despite not receiving the IV service, and I have still not received any receipt or documentation for the charge. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this office to carefully review both positive and negative reviews before making a decision. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider. Patients seeking professional, respectful, and medically competent care should strongly consider other options. If others have experienced similar issues involving patient care, professionalism, or billing practices, they may also wish to contact the New Mexico Board of Nursing to file a formal complaint and share their experience.

I'm on oxygen and it took along time to get a tank because mine ran out of oxygen. they had people waiting outside the waiting room it was so crowded. They denied me my meds without blood work. I cant get out in this heat because i cant breath so went to er at night. i was told after that i had to go back to get paper work. i told them i needed my meds to breath i was denied again. the er couldn't do all the testing they wanted so now what. i asked if they can wait a few months to cool off or send someone they said no. i asked for portable air at least and was denied again. the doc. will not work with you, or try to help you there excuse was i wasn't seen for a year. they demand i come all the time and wait with no oxygen for 8 hours hummm. most doctors only ask you to come once a year. i talked to another doc office and they said that was wrong. they can send someone to my house for blood work and its the doc responsibility to get er paperwork. and they wont talk to my caregiver without a court order and notarized power of attorney. most offices just need a release paper signed sigh. they make everything imposable. all to force you to go so they can make more money. plus with my condition no doc has made me weight in a waiting room in my wheelchair with no oxygen. especially considering i have a brain tumor with savor migraines, seizures and and i vomit when im low in oxygen with migraines. this place is horrible if your disabled or really sick. don't go..
