This was a very well lit, nice Walmart. Had a lot of things in it. I came in from an event and I literally got every type of protein bar they had. I loved it. I don't get out this way very often, but if I did I'd come here more often. read more

The female employee with the red hair braids working in the makeup section was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife. My wife simply showed her a picture of what she was looking for, and instead of helping her, the employee responded with a rude and unprofessional attitude. There is absolutely no reason to treat a customer that way. Customer service should be about being respectful and helpful, regardless of how simple the question may be. If you hate your job, find a career that makes you happy and leave the customer service positions to people who actually want to help customers. Very disappointing experience. read more

I would love to just go into this Walmart and get what I need and leave. Sometimes I need help like the bike section and you literally have to wait a half hour to get somebody to help you and then when you let your son ride the bike a little bit in the store and I'm talking the back aisle where there's nobody and it's the car part area. You have an employee come over yell at you like he's a Principle of a school and you're a third grader. It's very disrespectful. I know my review probably won't matter, but it would be nice if they could work on their Customer Service service and respect for one another. read more

WoW crazy Walmart they have a Burger King and a nail salon in here!! Good Electronics center in back and a Garden Center as well!! lots of choices.. end caps with good deals read more

It's Walmart people! The store is clean and most everyone is nice. I've been able to get help here with most anyone. Including the delivery shoppers. You can't get wine here. IDK why. I think that would be lucrative for them. Maybe there are zoning issues. read more

Apparently it's easy to steal here! I bought a couple hair clips and it's definitely my fault for not double checking for theft and unfortunately did not have the complete set of hair clips I bought. It's not always that this would happen.. only for loose untagged items I guess. But my other set of clips are fine. Both me and the first cashier didn't catch the stolen clip. I threw the receipt away right at the entrance so I probably won't be able to return it. I called them a few times and got hung up on, so I thought I should try a few more times. This is extension-#0 for front desk by the way. But always check your things for merchandise belonging to Walmart for theft. Since stealing is incredibly unnoticed here. read more

If you're ever in a bind to find something decently priced in Huntington Beach this Walmart is the place. I must say this is one of the cleaner Walmart I have been to. I always end up going late night so I'm not sure if it's fully stocked and neat because of that but it always is. Again I go late so most of the team members are not as Jolly, even though they are helpful and polite. read more

Good Walmart location. Used their electric vehicle charging stations during my visit.

lol this Walmart is a joke. I just ordered some AirPods Pro and the delivery driver didn't even bother to drop it off at the apartment number but rather the front office door where anyone passing by or enter the building could steal it. I know for a fact that he knew what was in the package and stole it himself after taking the picture. Bradol Esther I'll be reporting you to corporate. + Found what I needed: large cardboard boxes. + An associate helped me find the boxes efficiently. + Checkout was efficient because another associate opened another checkout aisle for me. + Parking lot wasn't too crowded. - Checkout machines only take credit card, not tap-to-pay nor G Pay (my watch or phone). - Feeling of safeness in the parking lot was just okay. - Sanitation wipes weren't available at the entrance. Interesting the key copy machine is located deep near the back corner of the store. I didn't check if there's another one at the store entrance. read more

This review is for Kevin! He's always hustling and working so hard. He's so attentive and quick and happy to help. Honestly, he's the only employee I've seen consistently working and actually able and willing to help me and a lot of other customers. Even if he's on his break or it's not his department, if you ask for his help he will be there and help you without fail. He's helped me look all through the store for things, and even when I lost my keys. He's also walked with my child and I to our car when there was a weirdo in the store making us nervous. He's the best. Thank you Kevin for always being so attentive, kind, caring and hard working!! read more

Walmart has been my go-to but no more. Some of their suppliers are using "GOFO" delivery. They don't let Walmart know they delivered so you can't process a return! Takes time to resolve. Annoying. No more on line thru Walmart. Buyer beware. read more

Huntington Bch Walmart is my go to. I do a lot of online Walmart orders and the HB store has excellent return policy. Always the smooth process. I was directed to this Walmart location to process the refund that Western Union issued after I purchased three money orders for my rent payment, following a lost letter in the mail. Upon arrival, I waited in the customer service line for an extended period. When I finally approached the counter, an employee named Joseph requested my original receipts, which I did not have and were not necessary for the transaction. I had been provided with a Money Transfer Number (MTN) and had my California driver's license, but Joseph still refused to assist me. He instead asked me to step aside and involved security staff. As a registered 40-hour security guard, I was able to de-escalate the situation, but the store manager was called and failed to intervene. Ultimately, I left the Walmart location and went to an Albertsons, where I was treated professionally and received my refund within five minutes. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with the level of service at this Walmart. It's unfortunate, as I have encountered similar issues with the staff being unhelpful in the past. Additionally, the parking lot environment was concerning due to the presence of homeless individuals and other disturbances. I will do my best to avoid this location in the future and seek service elsewhere. read more

So this is the closest Walmart to our new place. WTF no alcohol? I'm not sure if I can handle it. Besides that, they have pretty much everything you need plus what you don't need and buy anyway. With our new place we've had to buy a garden hose, floor lamp, cat food, mayo, dishwashing liquid/sponge because we can't figure out where we packed it (!!) - the usual weirdo, varied things you need when you move. Folks here have been nice. At least they hire plenty of employees unlike a CVS. read more

Amazing recommended. I always come here. It's so big and they're is many selection..........,......

Received a gift card with no PIN number on it. Brought it to the attention of the customer service agent, Kevin. Asked for a supervisor. Ibeth the supervisor came over and told me she didn't have to help me. There was no one else to help me. No mention of a store director. So I called customer service, ibeth was a disgusting customer service person. Walmart Huntington Beach should be embarrassed that she is their store representative. read more

The Walmart store in Huntington Beach, California on Talbert Street and Beach Boulevard needs to update their phone system. A caller cannot get through at all to any department. I have had a delivery stolen and 2 deliveries are supposed to be at my home and I cannot get in touch with anyone. This is several days now that I am trying to get in touch with any department that can connect me to the right place to tell them my situation. I have ordered online and there is no box to tell me that I can leave a message to Walmart Store???? Please review your telephone system very soon. Came to return a game my son got for his birthday. Prettob y simple exchange. However there were 15 people ahead of me and 1 cashier. The guy Mark said everyone is at lunch or break. Sorry. Well I believe there is a thing called backupo9 Amen again to return something at 5:00 p.m. and they said they were closed due to construction. It is pretty bad that management can't figure out a workaround to support customers. That just shows that they're very incompetent and they don't care about customers. First I tried to return my purchase the other night at 7:15pm. The 3 ladies working there told me that customer service was closed & wouldn't be open til 7am the next day. So I came back in the middle of a weekday & found a very long line, with only one employee working. Another lady in line told me that the ladies room was in terrible condition. This location seems in dire need of better management - not sure if the whole chain is like this? Took over 30 mins to return something. One poor lady had to wait this long because the cashier double charged her for an item. From now on it's Target or Amazon for me! read more

I find it hard to believe that the dollar value of loss due to theft is greater than the dollar value of lost sales due locking things up in cabinets and making it impossible for customers to BUY these items. Trying to buy a bicycle seat. They're in locked cabinets. The "press for service" button is a joke. I waited 10 minutes after pressing this button numerous times, AND telling some disinterested young male-employee of my desire to buy a bicycle seat behind the glass and watching him wandered off to "find someone with a key." read more

This place is like lord of the flies.. bunch of kids running around confused and acting like idiots. Waited in my car forever for pick up for almost half an hour and no one came.. then all of a sudden the status showed picked up. So I went in and the kid in there was trying to argue that they had delivered it to me.. haha. Then some other kid shows up with half my stuff inside the store and the first person says someone already delivered the other half to me.. what?? Then the first person says they have to go on break and they take off.. at this point, I can't take any more idiocracy so I just grabbed what I was owed off the shelf and bounce.. and no alarms so security is on point too. That was maybe the dumbest transaction ever.. At one point I was wondering if it was some prank show. Anyway, unless you don't plan on talking to anyone or needing any help then don't go here.. oh and they messed up my wife's order from yesterday so she got free stuff.. not sure how this place does business.
