I had no real complaints about the Walmart, except for the wait time to get out. I was stopping in the last hour to grab a shower curtain and rings for a quick fix. Just finished dinner on valentines day and so it was open. This walmart is relatively new, it just moved in less than a decade ago. Two decades ago it was a Target, so if you're visiting and looking for those big decorative balls out front-they are gone. The stone road mall has improved dramatically, basically removing the small town charm in the area. When I walked in over a decade ago, I really struggled with the location honoring the return of battery disposal fee -who keeps a receipt that long right? Check out was arduous and a wait. Consider my star of 1 to really be a zero (0). I witnessed a horrible customer service event today (November 20, 2023) at about 5 pm. I had just paid for a few items and was heading out when a woman with a clipboard in hand told a family that they had exited the wrong way. The family seemed remorseful because they had crawled under what seemed to be a barrier. One of the family members asked whether they could exit anyway, but the customer service associate was adamant that the family should crawl BACK under the barrier then exit properly (treating adults like they were kindergarten kids). At that point I asked whether the customer service associate couldn't just let them go instead of asking them to crawl back. She went quiet as the family headed for the barrier. I commented that what she was doing wasn't nice, and she responded "IT DOESN'T MATTER." What? She had humiliated adult customers and had the guts to respond to me rudely! A boycott of this store would be justified, and I am never shopping in it again!!!! read more

I am an immuno compromised senior , who tried to shop at Walmart, Stone Road at 7 am this morning, April 9/ 20. I checked the online website stating seniors and compromised , store hours from 7-8 am. Imagine my surprise while standing in a wet, cold lineup to find out from the manager that myself and the other seniors couldn't shop there as it didn't open till 9 am. If that is the case, the website and flyer should have been updated ahead of this. Very disappointed that this occurred as this outing was not an easy one today for me. read more

I am regular customer of this Walmart. I shopped here for my business need and my personal grocery. The quality of grocery(green veg, fruits and other items) is getting worse day by day. Pharmacy service is still good. The customer service is getting very poor and unusual. Rude behaviors are common from sales representative and customer service representatives to the customers. one more things has to mention that price error and over price are common mistakes in this store. So, you have to check your receipt carefully. saying and doing are different. Cashiers do hesitate and declined to honor price match by showing different reasons and humiliate customers. This store will lose customer very soon and will be out of business if they don't correct their behaviors. read more

I've tried calling this store numerous times, but nobody answers. Even tried selecting the pharmacy, and a voice message says store is closed. Clearly they don't want to deal with customers over the phone. read more
