In addition, to renew the flower bed by removing existing gardening stones and soil, replace with rich new new gardening soil, install new plants & an ornamental tree, and place fresh mulch in the flower bed. As for the people that I dealt with, ALL were very nice to the individual. From the sales/scheduler/biller/facilitator, to the designer, and each member of the work crew. And the plants themselves were top notch (and all at full retail pricing). As for the rest (i.e.: the job itself, the quality of materials, quality the work, the attention to detail, communication with the customer and between management and the crew, professionalism, work ethic, follow-up, overall satisfaction with the experience, etc.), I'll refrain from posting the 500 word review that I wrote, and let the rating speak for itself. Simply put, the experience was not what I had expected from a company with a 30 year history in the community. None of this should come as a surprise, as there were issues at every stage. Again...Nice people (the reason for a 3 star, versus a 2 star review). Maybe I just caught them on the wrong year/decade.

They also had good options for bonsai tools, soil, fertilizer, and figures. It was snowing and cold but my family and I had an amazing time. The staff/owners were so welcoming and Santa had shown up! He listened to my daughter's Christmas list and then proceeded to give her a Peppa pig stuffed animal which was easily the highlight of the year for her. They even have a quaint little coffee shop in the garden center called Queen Bee & Honey. Good variety of plants, flowers, bushes, and even small trees. Didn't buy anything on this trip, but we'll be returning in the next week or 2 when they are anticipating a delivery (including the perennials we are looking for. Win - win!

I had a bad experience 20 minutes earlier,…read morewalking into a floral shop that was closer to me and was so upset and didn't know where I was going to be able to order flowers to send them to my daughter in our way. When I walked in, they were very happy to see me and I told them what was going on and they bent over backwards to get a very special bouquet for my daughter for Mother's Day! I had no idea what it would look like, but I trusted them. My daughter sent me a picture of the bouquet and I couldn't have picked one out better. It was the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have ever seen! I highly recommend them and the wonderful people that work there!
