I cannot say enough about the ladies in this shop! I had a bad experience 20 minutes earlier, walking into a floral shop that was closer to me and was so upset and didn't know where I was going to be able to order flowers to send them to my daughter in our way. When I walked in, they were very happy to see me and I told them what was going on and they bent over backwards to get a very special bouquet for my daughter for Mother's Day! I had no idea what it would look like, but I trusted them. My daughter sent me a picture of the bouquet and I couldn't have picked one out better. It was the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have ever seen! I highly recommend them and the wonderful people that work there! We wanted to shop Local instead of an Online Florist as one of our colleagues lost her mother at a very young age. The arrangement we ordered and what was delivered was not even close to the image on the website. Plus, we ordered the largest arrangement of what we selected, and the arrangement sent was much smaller that the image (which the website claims to be the smallest of that particular arrangement). We are very disappointed with the amount we spent compared to what was delivered. Owner returned my email stating that we for sure got our value for our money, which we definitely DID NOT! She offered to go to our colleague's house and exchange the vase. First of all, our colleague is dealing with enough and should not have some florist coming over to switch out the vase! Second, if there was an issue with what we wanted, someone should have contacted us for a resolution. Third, the owner clearly does not care about Customer Service. Diane F. read more

Ordered a funeral arrangement and the flowers were beautiful. They looked even better than I expected and were delivered in plenty of time.

Deb's florist is the BEST in the Monroe area. I have used others and was highly disappointed by the cost and arrangement. I ordered the FTD Tender Touch standing spray for a recent funeral and it was OUTSTANDING! The spray was on a 5' tripod, and the flowers covered nearly the entire stand. It was beautiful and very much appreciated by the family. I will definitely use Deb's again, and encourage others to do the same. I don't have photos as the flowers were for a funeral. read more

This is an updated review based on a disappointing 2 star review because some of the flowers were wilted. Deb contacted me two days later on my 60$ order which was for my mother's birthday. Deb out did herself and sent my mother a second arrangement with a balloon free of charge two days later that was bigger, bolder and more expensive than my original purchase. I will continue to purchase my flowers from Deb because when mistakes are made a responsible business owner fixes it, the best way you can. She did just that, so now it's water under the bridge. I can trust Deb to do what is right by her integrity and business. Thank you! read more

Friend ordered directly through store instead of FTD or 1-800-FLOWERS. Arrangement was big, beautiful, & fragrant. Bad thing, couple flowers were already starting to wilt when delivered. Called few days later (less than week), explained...didn't offer anything. That was a surprise. At least know that this florist doesn't stand behind their arrangements, even though they were beautiful for only couple days. Better to go with one that lasts more or at least stands behind their product. read more

I went into Deb's Flowers to order a corsage and boutonniere for prom. The woman who helped me was very friendly, and wrote down every small request I had for the corsage and boutonniere. I left feeling very happy with my experience and confident in their abilities to fulfill my order to my satisfaction. I have never been more wrong. I arrived to pick up the flowers and they had trouble finding them. The prom was on Friday, but my order was placed in Saturday's pile. This was fine as they found my flowers, but the problems kept compounding like something out of a movie. The boutonniere was completely incorrect, while the corsage did not have the correct color accents (which was written AND underlined on the order form). The small asian woman (I did not catch her name) then went into the back room to change the boutonniere (I showed her a picture of the one I ordered) and put on the correct colored accents on the corsage. While waiting, another customer came into the store. After making small talk, I found out she has "never had a problem at Deb's Flowers". In an ironic turn of events, the woman was double billed. This was quickly cleared up, and the woman left the store. A few minutes later. after presumably sending a picture to her daughter of the corsage, the woman returned and told one of the employees that they gave her Calla Lilies when she requested Dendrobium Orchids. If you have ever seen these two flowers next to each other, they look NOTHING alike. The woman went into the back and was still in there by the time I left an hour later. Back to my experience. The boutonniere was then given back to me with yet another incorrect design, so I showed the asian woman the photo another time. The corsage was correct, but I then noticed that the corsage had less than desirable roses on it (they were supposed to be peach but in reality were more like a peach and brown camouflage). The woman came back with the correct boutonniere design, which I was very pleased with. I then proceeded to discuss my options to be rid of the camouflage peach rose on the corsage. This is when the woman got nasty. I showed her the spot that I disliked and she told me it was fine and that the rose came in that day. I then told her that even if that is the case, I was not happy with the color. She told me that I could either take the flowers the way they were, or I could just leave. Knowing that I could not get another corsage that same day, I paid for the flowers and left. When I came home, I contacted FTD. They were so appalled at the experience I had that they sent me a $25 gift card. I will never go back to Deb's Flowers. read more

I have used them a few times and had no issues till this last time. I ordered flowers for a birthday and they sent the wrong arrangement. I had issues trying to order online and called in to order and read off actually what it said. So when I was sent a thank you photo of the arrangement it was COMPLETELY different. I called and had made a comment about it and they delivered the correct one but took back the other set. I am still upset I paid full price for it to arrive wrong and than have them take the other set away too. Will not be using them again read more
