Their designs are exactly what you see online or in pictures. The designers are meticulous to meet whatever idea you have in your head. I have used Monroe Florist for birthdays, funerals, my own wedding (in which I carried specialty flowers), Easter and prom corsages, Christmas centerpieces and; most importantly, sending my mother her favorite single flower-the gardenia. Gardenias are difficult to find year round and need to be shipped in--Eva always finds the perfect blooms. Monroe Florist is *MY* florist and I don't even live in Michigan!! I reside in Southern California and still have my floral needs taken care of by Eva and her designers. I called them back and said they absolutely were not delivered and she said I don't know what happened, but we never made them or delivered them. I will have them ready in an hour, they charge my card $80 and this arrangement is absolutely ugly. it looks nothing like the picture they threw it together quickly and delivered it, and I am so unhappy.
