Well I got grass that lacked enough dirt on many pieces for it to survive. I got Bermuda grass mixed in with St. Augustine grass. I got grass that was dry and some with brown spots in it. Definitely not cut on Friday. Of course there is no recourse since I paid cash at pickup. I have purchased grass before in Crosby but I will NEVER purchase from The Grass Farm again.

He is knowledgable of the types of trees that do well in the Gulf Coast area of Brazoria and Galveston Counties. He has two different tree farms so it depends on what type of tree you are looking for as to where you will meet him to choose your trees. When we chose our trees, we had the choices of Pine, Live Oak, Water Oak, Red Oak, Elm, and Red Maple. At the time, he did not have a good selection of Nutall Oaks. He can scoop your current trees and replace them or he can add trees if that is what you need. He is using a hydraulic tree spade which weighs several tons so you will have some unavoidable ruts in your yard when he is finished. The prices you pay are much better for what you are getting. The trees you pick out are not the typical tree that is in a large black bucket that can cost several hundred dollars for a stick with leaves. These trees are more mature than "bucket" trees and immediately add depth and value to your landscaping. Wagner Tree Farm also stands behind their trees. Several neighbors and friends have used Wagner Tree Farms and we have not been disappointed. Tip: The location on the map is not the tree farm. I highly recommend that you DO NOT BUY anything from ProStructuers of Mississippi ,Louisiana ,…read moreTexas or any other name they advertise with. I explained that time was of the essence & that bought from them based on them being a Mississippi Company (THEY ARE NOT) I paid my deposit on Sept 23rd 2025 with promises of a 2-4 week lead time. My install was finally set for Dec 9th & 10th. They did not start my install until Dec 12th & finished Dec 16th The fine print in their contract only benefits them. They will lie to you Or mislead you with promises that they will not keep, anything to make a sale. They are only a sales team, NOT the construction Company. They farm out your contract to a 2nd party, who then subs out the installation. They subbed out my 24 x 35 x 12 building to Affordable Carports. LLC. They in return did not honor the lead time quoted to me by ProStructures. I was told by Tony the salesman for ProStructures that they would adjust my cost for they delays. I retired & needed to move my store. (I paid an extra months rent on my computer store) due to all the delays) THEY DID NOT REFUND ME A DIME .They also did not install on the dates they finally set for installation. When they did show up , they informed that they brought the wrong gauge sheet metal I had ordered the 26ga they had brought me 29ga They then offered to deduct the cost difference between the 2 thicknesses. No extra for me not getting what I had contracted for. I declined their offer. I was told they would have the correct metal delivered & installed on Sunday, They no showed, no called, Affordable Carports. LLC.. Did give me a token $200 off the price for their screw up. Each delay caused scheduling problems with my insulating company & my electrician which pushed my completion time even further down the line. The crew that installed my building was subbed by Affordable Carports. LLC.. also the factory got paid (4) Companies took a bite of the pie that I paid for. They failed in communications, They also passed the blame around to each other with BS excuses & delays. The roll up doors are not metal, I believe the quality of install to be poor. Way more I could tell you about this fiasco but time & space makes that hard.
