The people at this particular location are great, however the facilities are a bit outdated. There tends to be problems with the bathrooms from time to time, it's a bit crowded, and the temperature control is not the greatest. However they've been making some improvements recently and completely redid the cafeteria, which has a good variety of food with plenty of healthy options, and have been adding additional parking spaces. It tends to get trafficy around rush hour, but if you live in the downtown/midtown area like me you are going against traffic so it's not bad.
