I washed it down with a jamaica agua fresca. Got a 32 oz. cup, undiluted (no ice) for $3. The tacos were $2.50 each. So I got lunch for less than $10, and it was excellent. I would do that again any time. Had some minor communication issues--I asked for rice and beans and the server put it in the tacos, which actually was pretty good. The store is impressive. Spotless inside, everything neat on the shelves. The restrooms are imposing, high ceilings and faux marble tile, with very modern fixtures. Definitely worth a stop.

True story; every year during the Christmas Holiday I cook gumbo for my family. During this time of year, I can never find okra at any of the local grocery stores that I shop at regularly like Kroger, Sprout, or HEB. However, it never fails when I head to Fiesta for fresh okra, they always, always, always have fresh bright green okra in stock! For this, I am truly grateful! Furthermore, I absolutely love their International aisle because they provide so many of the Jamaican and Latin seasonings that I love to use in my foods such as, scotch bonnet pepper powder/hot sauces, Adobo, Sazon, Sofrito, Curry powder, Jollof seasonings, and more. Moreover, they also sell hot cooked items that are very delicious and fulfilling. The prices for their cooked items are pretty reasonable, not too expensive. You can also find a young gentleman preparing freshly squeezed orange juice daily near the produce section. The cost for a container of this juice is $10 which may seem pricey, but you have to keep in mind that it's freshly squeezed without any added preservatives or sugars. It's all natural and healthier which means more bucks versus a regular jug of Minute Maid or Dole orange juice which contains all of the unwanted preservatives and added sugars at a cheaper price. Overall, Fiesta is my go-to for fresh okra and International items because they are always fully stocked and available. I gave them four stars based solely on how well they maintain their produce section and their International aisle.

You can get all sorts of craft sodas from brands like Dublin and Maine Root. They have an excellent selection of beer, soda, vapes, ice cream, and so much more. This shop has even come in clutch for grocery emergencies. Unfortunately, the staff here are NPCs. I have never had a pleasant (or negative, to be fair) moment with them. Also, this is the most expensive gas in our area. As a result, we only really come here when we want snacks, candy, soda, or need something quick. But when we do, it's always fun to see what they have in stock.

Now they don't serve them anymore. I used to always stop there to get a few Powerade or Gatorade drinks for the road. They don't sell those anymore. The last time I stopped there for a Powerade, they said the only fruit-type drink available was Calypso. I reluctantly order one of the Calypso drinks and the kid proceeds to hand me a HOT one. It's 120 degrees outside and they give me a hot drink. I asked him why he gave me a hot Calypso and he said sorry and gave me a small cup of ice for my troubles. That's not going to win you any customers. I also forgot to add that I came up one morning to try the new chicken biscuit sandwich. This was around 830 or 845. So I was assuming that they'd have plenty of breakfast ready. Nope. They told me it was going to take 20 minutes to make the sandwich. Cold stuff is always first so you have to start in the middle and then work your way out and walk the entire damn store to get to the cold stuff. This is like getting in your car without the keys and trying to go somewhere. Just doesn't make sense. I will say all of the staff are completely friendly. Even though they are younger because they are mostly high school students, they're very very helpful. So props to them for that. Not bad for only being half a mile away. I would prefer Kroger. But that is a longer drive and I am lazy ha ha. Usually, they're out of stock on a lot of items, but with the new H-E-B open on Bridgeland Parkway. Been waiting for this giant convenient store called OnCue to open for a long while. Can't remember…read morewhen it opened during Covid-19 and Westheimer roadway construction. They sell 66 Phillips gas and have a humongous store that reminds me of Buc-ee's on major freeways to nearby cities. Service was excellent. Employees were very friendly. Stuff is neatly stocked on the shelves. I came here for a drink. I got curious with Watermelon Iced Tea, sweetened and unsweetened. I mixed them in my cup, because I don't like sweet teas. The taste was surprisingly good. It's definitely made with real tea. I don't care about where the flavor came from. It wasn't overwhelming. I will try different flavors next time. Besides the convenient store, there's a food stand to the west side of the footprint. The food smells so good. I was attracted to "Pizza Wedge". I guess it's the Oklahoma way of saying slice of pizza. Prices are fairly inexpensive. I would definitely come back to try the food. I saw the seating area was open.
