Printing Job…read more Horrible service. I went in-store to place a large print order and it took nearly 2 hours, from start to finish. The representative stated that they were having technical issues, so it took quite some time for the emailed documents to be received and uploaded to their system for an order to be created. I picked up my order the following day with no issues. Once I got to my destination and unrolled the order. Realizing that all of the pages were out of order, there were duplicates printed, and I was missing most of the order. I called back and was on hold for 15 minutes before being assisted with a resolution of reprinting the entire order to be picked up at a later time.

They defaulted my address incorrectly while I was editing another portion of the check. My fault that I didn't notice when I entered the order but I immediately emailed back of the issue. They responded to me they would get back within 24 to 48 hours. That was a weekend. On Monday morning I got an email that it was too late they had already shipped the order. Of course being custom printed they will not accept returns nor refunds.

This location is packed with some of the best employees, ever! Everyone was so willing and eager to assist everyone who walks in the door. I came in today with a headache of an issue. I made a purchase on TikTok and was trying to make a return. I was only sent one QR label for tracking and needed two of them. Everyone there were very helpful, but there was an employee named Jules who upped the notch by going Above & Beyond. By hauling both of my heavy packages from out of the store and placing them in my trunk to taking them out of my trunk and placing them back in the store and then taking them back from the store and placing them into my trunk one final time. My indecisiveness on what I wanted to do did not bother her or frustrate her at all. I truly appreciate that because dealing with this was very frustrating to me and I think all of the employees could tell. I know there are other FedEx locations around town, but this will be my favorite to frequent from now on.

I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer.
