AMAZING! Walking into Tracy's bakery is like coming home from school & your mom or grandma or…read morefavorite auntie has baked something special just for you! It took me back to my childhood as my sister & I were at KRATE celebrating her birthday. My sis chose the chocolate mint parfait which she shared just one bite of with me. It was divine! Great mint flavor bursting through the creamy chocolate. I chose the Oatmeal Caramel Chocolate bar that is one of the BEST layered dessert bars I have ever encountered! Seriously, the caramel oozed onto the plate begging to be scooped up with my spoon. I asked Tracy for a bag to take the final 5 bites home (something to look forward to after my drive home to Tampa!). The shop is set up with such attention to detail in the chalkboard menu, Instagram worthy TREATS sign, display cases that invite you to buy some for now, some for later, & something for a friend who needs a little pick-me-up! As the owner working the bakery every day, Tracy has a lot to share and her passion for baking shines through. A little secret we found out from her is she ADORES cake pops and offers them only on the weekends. All baking is done on sight with no dividing wall between customers & Urban Sweets staff so you get hit with aromas that will transport you to your own childhood memory. Head to Wesley Chapel's KRATE today & tell Tracy Beth suggested you swing by for a few treats! Supporting local women-owned bakeries is now my favorite pastime!

I've been following them for sometime on their Instagram and I can definitely say that not only are their desserts so pretty, they are also tasty and sweet. Urban Sweets sells their cake parfaits, cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, edible cookie dough just to name a few of their many options. I tried the lemon parfait and my husband had the red velvet with chocolate raspberry cake parfait. In addition we each had a chocolate chip cookie. All happily satisfied our sweet tooth, and I will definitely be back. They are super friendly and welcoming to their adorable Krate with baked goods baked with love!

You grab a tray and a pair of tongs and make your way through the bakery, with separate glass display cases for the sweet and savory pastries. You just pick whatever looks good -- which is dangerous because everything looks good! First of all, the prices are fantastic. Most of the buns are under $4. My absolute favorite was the ham and cheese bun. The bun is slightly sweet and the ham and cheese are savory, and the combination is SO good. The blueberry bun was another favorite -- it almost had a blueberry cheesecake flavor. We also tried the curry bun, which was delicious. We ordered several of the hot items too. The har gow (shrimp dumplings) were outstanding. They have a delicate steamed wrapper filled with plump, juicy shrimp, and these were honestly some of the best I've ever had. I've eaten in multiple restaurants in Chinatown in both Los Angeles and San Francisco, so that's saying a lot! The Shanghai dumplings, which are little soup dumplings filled with meat and broth, were also delicious. We also tried the steamed pork ribs. The flavor was very good, but steamed pork has a different appearance and there were some fatty pieces. I'm glad we tried them, but they're probably the one thing I wouldn't order again. Another huge plus was the pricing on the hot food -- every hot entrée we looked at was under $10. Between the two of us, we ordered seven different things, couldn't even finish everything, and our entire check was only $46. Great quality, great variety, and an incredible value. I will definitely be back. I was going to say I wish there were one closer to us...but maybe it's a good thing there isn't, because I would probably eat those ham and cheese buns every day! Five stars!

Extremely disappointing customer service, especially from the manager…read more I placed an order for two milk tea drinks at 1:24 PM. While waiting, I watched another customer receive her drinks even though I was already ahead of her by approximately four customers in line. At 1:32 PM, I approached the gentleman at the counter to ask about my order. He did not greet me or acknowledge me. He looked at my receipt, looked at his watch, and dismissively said, "It's not even 10 minutes." He then asked me, "What do you want to do?" When I asked what he meant, he told me I could either wait or get my money back. He checked in the back and came back telling me it would be another five minutes. I agreed to wait. Five minutes later, instead of simply addressing the delay or apologizing, he told me I could grab a bun while I waited. I explained that I already had a bun and that, considering the inconvenience and the way the situation was handled, I felt a discount would have been an appropriate gesture. Instead, he offered to refund my money and gave me another receipt without the drinks. The most disappointing part was Norman, the manager. At no point did he apologize, acknowledge the inconvenience, or make any genuine effort to resolve the situation professionally. As a manager, I expected him to step in, listen to the customer, and demonstrate some level of courtesy and accountability. Instead, his attitude left me with the very clear impression that he simply did not care whether he had my business or not. I completely understand that a bakery can get busy and that orders can sometimes take longer than expected. The issue wasn't simply the wait--it was the attitude and the complete lack of customer service. A simple apology and a professional response could have completely changed the experience. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and unappreciated as a customer. Management should understand that customers remember how they are treated, especially when something goes wrong. I will not be returning, and I hope the owners take this feedback seriously and address how customers are being treated by management.

They have a variety of freshly baked pastries, donuts, and other baked goods. This time we got a pistachio filled doughnut, a chocolate delight, doughnut, and a strawberry cream doughnut. So definitely don't go when you were in a rush.

Many items are packaged independently or you can use tongs to grab your item. Prices are in the range of $3-8 for pastries. After Karen V's review of the Pumpkin Spice Cloud Donut, I was intrigued. The donut looks like a standard "yeast" donut with some pumpkin seeds on top with powdered sugar. When I ate it, I was surprised at how much pumpkin spice cream filling there was. It was very smooth and tasted homemade and not as "synthetic" as Dunkin or Krispy Kreme. There was a lot of it. It actually squirted out the top opening lol. Be careful. The actual donut mass was very soft, though I couldn't taste any pumpkin flavor in that. I'm not a big donut person ,but it was a very nice treat. If you are a fan of donuts with fluid in them, I strongly recommend trying this. 4/5
