    Velvet Bundt Cake

Bundt cake is not new to us, we enjoyed it so much that it is a must have for every occasions in our family. We recently moved to Wesley Chapel and was so happy to find out that there is a shop here. We have been here a few times and the quality have been consistent. The service is also excellent and we love the decoration of the shop. We will be back for more!

It is 2020 and if you haven't tried Nothing Bundt Cakes you are sleeping! To be fair I was sleeping too until a coworker suggested I try these oddly decorated cakes. To my surprise, I was hooked from the first bite of that red velvet goodness. Their cakes are actually moist and not overly sweet. Honestly, I would suggest getting the mini bundtlets. There are 12 in the box with 4 flavors, that way you can try an assortment of flavors...but word to the wise...you may start off by eating one and realize you only have 6 remaining. I'm not a huge sweet tooth but this place is a must try.

The absolute best cake hands down. The cake is moist and the cream cheese frosting is the perfect taste and consistency. They offer so many flavors to choose from. I'll usually order the marble if we get a large cake to please everyone's flavor pallets. The have bundtinis which are mini Bundt cakes. Great option for baby showers or brunch treats to have out. The lemon, funfetti and carrot are my go to flavors. The have beautiful plates, napkins and cake toppers too.

Hey Hey Hey! Stopped off at this little spot to grab treats for a dinner gathering. Selected a few of my favorite and chatted with some of the customer who were waiting for there order. It was such a pleasure to be around good vibes. Folks opening the door for each other and talking about their favorite cake flavors. One customer reminded me to sign up for the Birthday Club #freebundtcake. Gotta sweet tooth or want to be the hit of a gathering? Then stop by and a box of these! Happy Sweets Sweeties!

Gluten free bundt cake that is most definitely not gluten free

NOT SAFE FOR GLUTEN ALLERGY. My mother in law got me the gluten free cake from this bakery and I got so incredibly sick. Went home and checked it in my Nima sensor and it found gluten. Not safe at all for celiac or people with gluten sensitivity. Should not be labeled gluten free. Beware.

The first Nothing Bundt Cakes I visited was when I was visiting my family in Chicago two years ago. I was hoping so bad we would get it here. When the first location Carrollwood opened, I was so happy. Finally finally Nothing Bundt Cake is in my neck of the woods.i definitely had to check it out ASAP. My hubby is not a cupcake lover at all. There's so many all over, but the cupcakes are so dry dry dry. Nothing Bundt Cake and their cute little bundtlets are not like that ever. His favorite is red velvet. Mine is lemon. The other month they had lemon raspberry. I missed it, but they have a monthly each month.August is peanut butter chocolate and next month is pumpkin spice. Sign up for their emails for your free one for your birthday. They also have samples in the store. There are cute little gift items in the store too. Cute candles and cute display dishes and stuff like that. They have bigger bundt cakes too that they can decorate with a big pretty flower in the middle. So happy they are in town now.

Inconsistent size and quality! You can totally see the difference! A few of them were also soggy and tasted spoiled.

I have been ordering from Nothing Bundt cakes for many, many years, different cities and different locations. I will say I have never had an issue until now. I would just warn people away from this location. I ordered a few cakes for my son's birthday and was extremely disappointed with the quality. Some seemed to be under cooked, a couple tasted almost spoiled, the sizes were inconsistent, it was terrible and especially disheartening when you have ordered for a special occasion. I requested a refund for the order and instead the GM offered me a replacement. I would have preferred a refund but did take the offer for a replacement. When we went in the employee was told she could only give us a classic mix which was not what I originally ordered. I was not happy with them trying to give me a lesser item than what I purchased, why even bother offering to make it right and then proceed to short change me. Absolutely poor customer service and poor food quality. I also dealt with a rude employee who hung up on me when I initially tried to relay my concerns. We were told she was terminated but I can't imagine how many other people had the pleasure of experiencing her crappy attitude. If you have a choice I would suggest you go to a different location.

I used this location for my wedding cake and desserts. The staff here went above and beyond to make the cakes beautiful and to my satisfaction. They even added flowers from my florist and my cake topper for me. The price was reasonable and WOW OH WOW, the cakes were delicious. Every cake tasted super fresh, moist, not too sweet, and just perfect. Thank you for helping make my big day even more special!

Finally made it to this place before they close at 6pm. That is a really hard time to beat when getting off work and trying to shuffle the kids into the car after dinner just to barely make it. Okay, now the food! The store is a small boutique that is nicely decorated and extremely clean. The staff was friendly and attentive to everyone in the store. They had chocolate chocolate chip with icing samples. Of course, we made a direct path to the samples and each of us tried one. It was incredibly moist and tasty. Next, we fogged up the display case with all the yummy to choose from. I was so happy to see gluten free so I ordered the gluten free chocolate chip which I split with my daughter. My son ordered the red velvet while hubby got a pralines and a peanut butter chocolate chip. The Bundtlets are very heavy and filling. It can be rich after a few bites. My daughter and myself could barely each finish our own halves. My son destroyed his half of the red velvet, and the hubby loved the peanut butter chocolate chip. He is saving the pralines for to share with his coworkers tomorrow. We all enjoyed our cakes. It is a nice little treat to have every once and a while. Definitely, wished the hours were better especially on the weekends as that is when most people would like it in a Friday night after eating out.

Super cute shop but it is not a dine in option. It's got retail and the cakes with no sitting area at all and no refreshments. That being said, their cake is great and they have a variety of flavors. Chocolate, red velvet, vanilla and lemon are pretty good but I haven't tried them all yet. It comes in 8" ($25) and 10" ($35) cakes along with personal size bunts and mini ones (only sell these by the dozen though- wish they wouldn't do that). A little expensive compared to your average grocery cakes but it's definitely worth it if your willing to splurge. They usually have free samples inside so you can get an idea of how their cake tastes. It's very moist and sweet and is a greater topper to any meal you are having their.

Are there any seats/tables in the bakery?

There are no seats. Cupcakes and then retail is what you will find inside. No seats outside either. This is located next to Menchies which has chairs outside, or just take your cupcakes and sit at Wiregrass.

It took me back to my childhood as my sister & I were at KRATE celebrating her birthday. My sis chose the chocolate mint parfait which she shared just one bite of with me. It was divine! Great mint flavor bursting through the creamy chocolate. I chose the Oatmeal Caramel Chocolate bar that is one of the BEST layered dessert bars I have ever encountered! Seriously, the caramel oozed onto the plate begging to be scooped up with my spoon. I asked Tracy for a bag to take the final 5 bites home (something to look forward to after my drive home to Tampa!). The shop is set up with such attention to detail in the chalkboard menu, Instagram worthy TREATS sign, display cases that invite you to buy some for now, some for later, & something for a friend who needs a little pick-me-up! As the owner working the bakery every day, Tracy has a lot to share and her passion for baking shines through. A little secret we found out from her is she ADORES cake pops and offers them only on the weekends. All baking is done on sight with no dividing wall between customers & Urban Sweets staff so you get hit with aromas that will transport you to your own childhood memory. The tea room itself is a beautiful, eclectic house. Spacious yet cozy, decorated in a delightful hodgepodge of styles that somehow comes together harmoniously. It feels whimsical without tipping into chaos. The kind of place where teacups don't match, and that is precisely the point. Making reservations was pleasantly easy. I emailed on a Sunday for a Wednesday seating and received confirmation by Monday. I was mildly surprised they did not require a credit card deposit, something many tea rooms now request given the labor-intensive preparation and delicate perishables involved. Their trust in the process is refreshing. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and promptly seated. Amiee, the owner and our server, was friendly and engaging, walking us through the tea selections, the promise of unlimited pots, and explaining the offerings that would arrive throughout the experience. We ended up trying five different teas, each pot a small surprise thanks to Amiee's suggestions. I cannot remember all the names, but I can happily say we liked every one of them. One in particular tasted remarkably like banana bread in a cup. Warm, aromatic, perfectly balanced, and thankfully not overly sweet. We were also delighted by the Peach Apricot, bright and cheerful, and really enjoyed the Pomegranate Vanilla Lemur, which had a lovely layered flavor. We began with a creamy mushroom soup, rich and comforting. The scone, served before the tiered tray, was warm, buttery, and quite good, though notably without the traditional Devonshire or clotted cream. Still, it stood proudly on its own. The finger sandwiches were fresh and thoughtfully varied. The bread did not appear homemade, but the selections complemented each filling nicely and everything tasted fresh. The cheese muffin was flavorful, though we both mused that two smaller ones with a slightly moister crumb might have been even better. The sweet tier was satisfying overall. I was initially skeptical about the bread pudding, but the mini chocolate tart and a delicate lemon tart on filo more than made up for it. One of the highlights of the afternoon was chatting with Amiee about the journey of the tea room through the years, including the challenges of navigating the Covid era. I am always impressed by those who pursue a vision in the food industry. It is a difficult road, and places like this exist because of persistence, courage, and a genuine love of hospitality. Another pleasant surprise was the pricing, which is remarkably reasonable compared with the often lofty cost of afternoon tea elsewhere. All in all, The Tilted Teacup offers a warm, charming, and thoughtful tea experience. My friend and I left very pleased, well fed, and with the comforting sense that we had spent the afternoon exactly as it should be spent: with good tea, good conversation, and a table full of small delights. I happily recommend it.
