Her outstanding efforts have made Autozone my GO TO source for any automotive supply products. Her support was like another parts store may do for only $1,999.00 items as compared to $1.99 items. She and Autozone have truly exceeded my expectations . I'm writing this review based on my experience as a former Purchasing Manager with several large corporations and as a college instructor in Purchasing Management Processes. I had responsibility for selecting hundreds of suppliers of goods and services. These selections were made to include proven performance and honesty, product/service value, outstanding customer service, and professional customer/supplier relationships.

You have to watch what you order from these people for several reasons. 1) Just because they…read moreadvertise its for your car, it might not be. 2) What they advertise might not be what you get; the picture matched what I needed, but what I got was different requiring more modifications than I was willing to do. 3) Let's say they sell you two parts as a solution to your vehicle (its what they advertise). Lets say those parts are a fuel pump and fuel line. Those two parts are not necessarily compatible with each other, but they won't tell you that. Summary: Just because it might fit your vehicle (or not), the part may not be "correct" for the application.

The first interaction was a guy popping up out of his seat to make sure we don't touch the cars on the show room. My husband isnt white but he can still read. The next interaction was picking up a catalog for his model mustang. Ignored by one lady, had to repeat ourselves to make sure that we weren't doing anything wrong by taking the catalog. We asked if they were free, the lady that did respond says, YES" with a nasty tone. She never looked to acknowledge us. My husband said, "That was weird." The entire experience was weird and uncomfortable.

75 Chrome Shop and their service manager Drew, along with his outstanding team of technicians,…read moredelivered exceptional customer service and quality workmanship. While traveling through Florida in our 40' 5th wheel, Ace Wrecker in Orlando changed a tire and stripped all 8 lug nuts and studs by using an impact wrench. With our return to California approaching and our RV disabled, we were in a panic. 75 Chrome Shop came to the rescue! Drew immediately got our RV into the shop, had the damaged studs pressed out, and as soon as the new parts arrived, the repairs were completed in minutes. They reinstalled the spare and had us safely back on the road. The entire job--parts and labor--was under $230, which would have easily been $750+ at an RV dealership. Their professionalism, speed, and fairness are unmatched. If you're an RVer passing through Wildwood, FL, and need engine, tire, or heavy vehicle service, I cannot recommend Drew and the 75 Chrome Shop team highly enough! 75 Chrome Shop 419 E State Road 44, Wildwood, FL 34785 (352) 748-0330

They tow my truck this morning after leaving me a message Tuesday and Wednesday this week (Which I…read moregot both messages Wednesday night because I was out of service on a hunting trip). I called back this morning (Thursday) and it had already been towed in less than 48hrs from Cody's call. We've been paying for many of our semi trucks to be parked here for a year. This bill is only 2 weeks late. Yes, sometimes we are a bit slow, but we have ALWAYS paid. They also have my email and zero emails were sent to pay the bill. My watermelon lights had been stolen and my fuel drained a few months ago. I didn't raise any trouble about that even though it's supposed to be secured parking. They want their rent but take no responsibility for the safety of our equipment. To tow a clients truck and trailer was way out of line. I'd understand if we were brand new clients and the truck was sitting for a month with no responses. This truck needed an airbag repair and it was towed which has likely caused damages in addition to the almost 2k wrecker fee for my truck and trailer! This is no way to treat working class guys.
