I told them what was going on and said that if it needed a new radiator I wanted the biggest , best I could get because I didn't want to have any trouble with it. after about an hour I got a call ...it was a bad radiator cap! they charged me for the cap and sent me on my way. I haven't had any issues with it since. My wife and I now take our cars there for all of our auto service. The car was in my garage at home. Allstate gave me a window for the service and the name of this vendor. About 25 minutes BEFORE the specified time Allstate gave me I got a call from the driver of this tow truck, telling me he has been sitting outside my house for 15 minutes! I mentioned the window Allstate had given me, and said I would arrive at my home in 3 minutes, requesting him to wait for me. I had gone to put air in my spare tire. The driver was VERY rude and cut me off on each sentence I spoke on the phone. He told me I should provide him with the jack and other tools, since he didn't have these on his truck! I told him now I was only 2 minutes away, and he said he was going to wait. As I pulled into my driveway in less than 2 minutes, I saw him drive off around the corner, and he left. Tried calling him back on the phone. I got no answer. I spoke to a man at the company office, and he was also very rude and obnoxious, telling me how the driver waited for me for a long time. Again, the window that Allstate gave me was of no interest or importance to this man. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
