And, after calling numerous other locations with no luck and rude staff, I called Midas. Amber answered the phone, with nothing more than hospitality in her voice. I asked her about the empty oil drums, and she asked me to hold. I waited less than 20 seconds before she returned with a response. I was told they did have a couple, and was offered them free of charge. Unlike a few other places that want anywhere from $10-30 per drum. When I arrived to pick up the drums, I was greeted immediately. That was a wonderful first impression. I was asked to back up to a bay and the drums were brought out. The gentleman loaded the drums in the back of the truck for me, and wished me a good day. Now, that may not sound like much to some, but as someone who still remembers how customer service standards used to be, I appreciated the hell out of this location. They have a firm grasp on what it takes to stay in business: The customer. I will not even bother with another location for my vehicle needs. This very small interaction with the team members here told me everything I need to know about their business practices.
