Better communication and proper handling of auto. Brought car in with a slow leak in rear tire. After a long wait was told "tire was unreliable" and work order was cancelled. Had asked for tire filled up with air. Was not done and tire pressure dropped 20psi. In other words the slow leak was now a fast leak. Was told can order a new tire which would come in next week. read more

Came at 7:30 when was empty I've been denied a few times now. People here don't want to work. I came back an hour later not one car was being serviced still. Yet the rude front desk person old guy with glasses said they are booked till Sunday. But no car has been serviced the past 1 hr . I was denied service and have been in this location. They don't like working here. The parking lot is empty and no cars was being serviced at anytime even when I came back an hour after. read more

My wife took my car there to install new tires on 1/27. Personal was rude and didn't think girl could have knowledge about cars too... after she got my car back, pressure in all tires was different 40, 37, 28, 32. My wife noticed that and asked workers to fix it and make it even at 33 psi. After making an attempt to avoid extra work, worker made a comment that pressure is like that bc it got colder and will go down as wether get back to normal. (I'm my understanding of Science pressure will go up, not down, as temperature raises) So he took car again and brought it back, after short period of time, with 39, 38, 36, 40 psi in the tires.... Not to mention that tires valve caps were missing... I do not recommend this place!!! read more

This had to be the worst experience I've ever had in Car Care. After reading several reviews on this auto shop and the fact that they opened at 7 a.m., I decided to give them a try to replace the bulb in my headlight. According to the reviews they offered fast and efficient service. The advertised cost for replacing a bulb would be $7.50 plus the cost of the bulb. I arrived at Walmart this morning and was registered for service by one of the service Representatives. I explain my reason for the repair. The service guy indicated that this was a repair that could be completed within the hour. I walked around the store for that hour and when I returned it was explained to me that it would take an additional hour to get to my car because there were three other cars ahead of me. According to the service representative the cars ahead of me needed much more time than expected. After waiting for well over an hour, the service guy informed me that they in fact could not change my bulb. So by this time I'm about 2 hours into waiting only to not have the bulb replaced. To say I was annoyed is an understatement. I then had to leave Walmart auto center and find another repair shop when I've already wasted two hours attempting to have this one bulb replaced. I'm not sure why at the time of my registering my vehicle it was not explain that this ball could not be changed or at least when I returned after the initial hour I was given for service time. Perhaps some of the other review is received superb service from this establishment, however, that was not my experience. I would not recommended service center for even the smallest job. read more

Walmart Auto Care Centers - Tires Near Me - Wimauma, Florida

worst place ever. arrived 1 hour and 10 min before they close and they say they were closed already. Don't waist Your time.

Arrived around 8:40 to have two people in front of me in line. After approximately 15 minutes of waiting, a gentleman walked in with a 9am appointment and was instructed to go to the other line directly next to me. Another customer in the line behind me also had an appointment and was instructed to go in the other line. I waited another 15 minutes and was next in line when the lady working the register pulled the 9am appointments in front of me. I explained to her I had already been waiting here going on 30 minutes and just because they have an appointment doesn't mean they should be checked in before me especially when they were behind me in the original line. She was extremely disrespectful and stated that " Well it doesn't really matter because they're going to be before you anyways " and proceeded to check both gentleman in. After about another 5 minutes she finally called me next and after explaining I needed a battery replacement and oil change, she looks at her Ipad and states "That will be about 4 and half hours". I left immediately after that and had to take my car to another shop after having sat in Walmart wasting time for around 35 minutes. In the past this location was great, fast and the employees were friendly but not anymore. Save your time and go somewhere that values your business. read more

this place sucks. the front desk is full of untrained walmart employees who don't know anything about cars or customer service, and it doesn't matter what time you show up, they're just going to turn you away or say that there's a 2-5 hour wait when it's never that long (ive been serviced a few times). they also do anything to avoid making appointments so don't waste your time. they simply don't care and don't want to work, and i would punch these guys in the face if i could. might as well shut down this operation full of bozos. other reviews show that this place should have negative stars. you guys suck. read more

Went to get two tires installed for my wife's car at this location and I had the worst car repair experience ever. After two hours of waiting I had the car completed and was driving home, I notice that the tire light was flashing and right front tire was showing zero pressure on the dash. I took the car back and explained the issue to the service writer and soon I was talking to him the service technician who worked on my car came to the front counter and told that the tire light was flashing when he drove the car into he shop which was a complete lie. When I was repeatedly told that there was no such issue when I brought the car, he put the car on the ramp and check the right front tire sensor with his electronic device and there was no communication from that sensor. Then he dismounted the tire from the wheel and the tire sensor was broken inside the tire. Finally he had to admitted that he would have broke the sensor while he was doing the tire service. I was informed that the sensor for my car is out of stock and was told me to bring the car back when it is available. Since I don't want to give the car back to my wife with lights and error messages showing on the dash, I suggested that I would bring the sensor my self if they reimburse for me and they agreed. They installed new sensor which I brought in but still the same issue persisted. Then they said they are not capable to reprogram the new sensor to the car. Now I have to take the car to a real tire shop or may be to the dealer for reprograming which cost me more money and time. What a hassle and inconvenience? Please do not take your vehicle here for any repairs. They don't know what they are doing. read more
