My wife noticed that and asked workers to fix it and make it even at 33 psi. After making an attempt to avoid extra work, worker made a comment that pressure is like that bc it got colder and will go down as wether get back to normal. (I'm my understanding of Science pressure will go up, not down, as temperature raises) So he took car again and brought it back, after short period of time, with 39, 38, 36, 40 psi in the tires.... Not to mention that tires valve caps were missing... I do not recommend this place!!!

Last week, I went into Napa to see if I could get a new battery for my VW. I was told that they…read morewould give me a new one for free as it was still under warranty. I was told to go next door to Proctor's Precision and they would put the battery in for me. The gentleman at Napa was very nice and I thanked him for his help...he even jump started my car so that I could drive over to the mechanic. Long story short, the mechanic put the battery in, told me it was my alternator instead, collected $30 to install it and sent me on my way. My car ended up needing to be towed to VW in Brandon, who then told me the battery provided by this Napa had a dead cell. Overall, I am very displeased with this and will not be returning for any future purchases.

The first one was busted out of the box, the second one no better. After I posted a scathing review calling out your pathetic lack of quality control and support, Clifton Carter reaches out that as per the owner that I never spoke too, demanding I remove my previous review before he'd "fix" the mess. I did, hoping to salvage this nightmare. Then I get the replacement engine--an embarrassed joke with over 100k miles, not the 18k promised. After slapping it in, it's clear you shipped me another dumpster fire: cracked manifold, seized pulleys, bent valves--you name it. I've sent photos to Clifton who just passes along generic, dismissive emails from Daniel. Apparently, QC is a joke to you since Clifton admits they never see these engines of the parts they ship. This engine haven't seen oil for years. I've already sunk $3,600 into this bullshit. I offered a local engine for $6,500 to end this circus, only to be told they're forced to buy from their shady vendors. Now Daniel has the audacity to demand I pay return shipping plus a 25% restocking fee? After delivering not one but two unusable engines? That's beyond deceptive; it's downright criminal business practice. Here's the deal: I expect you to refund every damn cent I laid out. Anything less is unacceptable. Fix this. Now.

Way cheaper than going to any dealer and such a better value as you get to talk to the mechanic working on your car so you stay informed every step of the way you aren't just guessing if they are working on it they are working on it. AAA is a one stop, do it all, auto repair service. . I have an older nissan 300zx where everything…read morejust stopped working. No a/c- defogger-blower no air flow, also no front or rear working wipers and the power mirrors stopped working. AAA came to my residence and Mike ran diagnostic testing while working on my driveway floor. After removing trim panels and checking every fuse box,and switch inside and outside of the car, he found the problem and ordered the part. Once the part was received it was installed and everything was reassembled. While there he also changed my oil and filter. The repair cost was reasonable compared to the labor time it took to find and resolve the problem, remove all the needed trim panels and reassemble all the parts in a very professional manner. AAA is now my go to Auto repair service center
