I bought a replacement battery - 2016 Nissan truck - at another O'Reilly's store and, after only 1 year and a lot of trouble with it, I concluded it needed to be replaced. I took said battery to this local store to have it checked - they said it was good, again - so I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager. Her attitude was (to put it kindly) less than helpful but I did manage to get a replacement battery. However, she told me that I couldn't just return home and install the battery in the truck; "it had to be programmed." I inquired, could I put it in, drive to the store, and they program it? No, they don't have that capability at this "small" store. Seriously, they sell but can't program? More than skeptical, I called the original store and learned neither the batteries nor cars have to be "programmed." Programming is required on some vehicles - usually high-end Euro models - but not mine. (Five stars for the Brigham City, UT store for their guidance.) I'm hoping a company executive will see this and "right" this store. If that happens my time is well spent!

I'm writing this review a few months late but I still would like to share…read more Two months ago I set off on a trek from central ohio to Southern California for a permanent move. I drove my 91 BMW 325 with the motor swapped from a later model car. About 25 miles outside of town the idler pulley absolutely grenades itself. After a mild panic from not having cell phone service in the dessert with the sun setting, a nice sheriff showed and called me a tow back to st George. Before the driver got me to a hotel, I had called a friend back home who said Napa had the parts. The tow driver dropped me off literally directly across the street at a hotel. The next day I walked over soon as they opened to order a new belt and pulley. The man at the counter was immensely helpful and incredibly nice. They had the belt in stock but weren't able to get the the idler for a few days. Having told him my situation he called every parts store in town and found the car quest up the road could have it by the afternoon. The part was ordered from the other shop, the belt from napa and within 24hours I was on the road again. I wish I remember the gentlemans name who helped me and would like to extend a massive amount of gratitude for being such a genuine and helpful person. Every napa would be lucky to have an employee like him.

We have a 96 dodge 2500 with a Cummins. Needed a manual transmission and we're getting told from so many places that they were anywhere from a week to 3 weeks out. Called Napa and they thought they found one to be overnighted, turned out to be a square top and we needed a round. We are sitting there in the store still searching and calling and one of the guys comes over and he said he found one. Still in salt lake and it'll be there first thing in the morning. They definitely came through in a clutch. Thanks to them for also helping load it up the following morning into our CanAm since that was all we had to drive.
