I had…read morereceived this car in Las Vegas and was heading home to Farmington, NM and the oil filter started leaking. The Speed Lube team brought the car right in and did a inspection. The gentleman said I could come down in the pit so that I could take a look with him and explained the way a VW oil filter canister works. He spent approximately 30 minutes with me and even filled up the oil in the engine. After the repairs were made I went to pay for my bill and they said "no charge". I'll tell you all, it is really hard to find a good business like this one, as they really helped me out and if I lived in St. George, they would get all of my business. I am a mechanic, and I know they know how to take care of their customers and are honest people. I will be back for any auto care that I have when I'm in the area. THANK YOU Speed Lube!

I hired Scott when a slide out on my cyclone toy hauler stopped working. It seemed impossible to…read morephysically get up in there and repair it because the slide out was in the closed position which left literally inches and the motor in question was on the opposite side and I could see absolutely no way to even get over to it! He called me a short time later while I was at work and told me he had installed a new motor and it's working great and he was finished... I was surprised he was done but surely I'm going to pay a ton for it right?!? Well, The Price he charged was far less than I expected and honestly I probably would've paid more just for the motor if I had ordered it myself from a local dealer than what he charged for the entire fix. He fixed the problem so quickly where I had no clue how to even get to it and I was more than impressed. My experience everywhere else was nowhere even close to that of TriState and I will recommend and use Scott every single time I can. If you're around southern Utah and looking for rv repair, save your time and just take my advice! Call these guys and thank me later...Definitely the best in the business.

It was a tender mercy that the car wasn't damaged, no one was hurt, and the folks at Bracken were there to help and go Beyond the Call of Duty to help people unexpectedly stranded. We've always had the free maintenance work and check-ups like oil changes, tire rotations, etc. performed at the Toyota dealership. So upon moving we made an appointment at our nearest dealership in St. George UT for the last free check up and oil change available with our purchase. We showed up only to find St George Steven Wade Toyota refused to honor that last check up and we would be charged $170.00. We left to have the work completed my Walmart for 1/3 of the cost. What I don't understand is we have owned nothing but Toyotas since my brother was a sales manager with Toyota for many years about 15 years ago. We buy a new Toyota about every three years! Now by their refusal so honor that $170 service we will absolutely never buy a Toyota from STEVEN WADE TOYOTA. They lost the profit on not only a lost sale to us but every member of our family who all own Toyotas. Furthermore I will tell everyone about your refusal to honor something promised to me when I paid cash for my RAV4! Shame, SHAME on you Stephen Wade Toyota. The workers who would have worked on our car now stood idol, you lost countless sales due to a really stupid policy. Whoever thought of it is an idiot!

When I asked for help getting the car off the dolly, they replied, you have to do it yourself, that's why it's called You Haul." I unloaded the car myself and would have been fine with that, but the passive comment was rude and unnecessary. Unfortunately U-Haul doesn't always give you an option of pick up and drop off, so I had to go there. But based off their attitude I certainly won't use them for any other auto repair needs.

These guys jumped in and diagnosed and fixed our long standing fuel issues--we don't need starter fluid anymore!
