I'm not entirely sure what went wrong in this situation, but I can say for sure that this business is entirely mismanaged, not on the same page, and does not take responsibility for their actions. I would avoid this place at all costs- you'll end up with more questions and trouble than you came in with.

I got $25 to $60 at donovans I get $4 to $15 The yard is full of nails, broken glass, sharp things I got a flat tire, non reparable, my 1st visit. I asked the office to replace with a USED tire for this old truck [ mike's ? ] sect said 'NO' and hung up they suck .. they cheat .. and now charge $1 to walk the yard .. when I recycle in another state .. Purchase a Duralast Aero 26" & 18" wiper blade for my Jeep Cherokee January 26, 2026. Yesterday…read moreusing wiper blades the driver side fell off while driving, the wiper arm hit windshield and cracked my windshield. Berlin Md AutoZone installed the wiper blade for me at the store January 26, 2026, and because they said it's been 7 month (its been 6 months and 7days) they would do nothing about blade coming off of arm and implied I probably did something to the blade. My insurance covers an off-market windshield, and I will no longer have a factory Jeep windshield unless I covered extra $300.00. They could have reinstall the wiper blade they said was not broke (and to me that means it was installed wrong by them to begin with) or replace the one blade with a new Duralast Aero 26" wiper blade, $24.99 which they did not do. What's one customer lost?? I will never shop at these stores again
