I have never had a bad experience at this location on 41st St NW. Today the passenger side headlight was out on my ancient Nissan, and I read online what a pain it is to replace, some people saying it could take up to 45 minutes. They did it in about two minutes! - compliments to the manager for hiring such a great crew!

It definitely took longer but they still only requested the 3 hour estimate as payment, I would highly recommend them. The price is reasonable for such a small shop. And for not being a diesel shop I'll definitely return for further issues if needed, the offer roadside assistance and are open 24/7 so they'll answer you in a timely manner. NOT GOOD. Just got an engine oil change and first time in 30 years of driving I got an explanation…read morefrom this auto shop of how they charge you based on the weight of the synthetic oil the car needs. As Zach, the front desk guy, told me if your car uses 0W-30 synthetic oil, they will charge less than 5W-30. Has anyone in Rochester got this? Ironically, I called ahead and provided my car's year, model with the type of oil that I have been used for years which is full synthetic, on the phone they told me the amoun lesser than they charged without asking for VIN number as Zach said to know which weight of the oil. Bottom line is be careful to bring your car for service at this auto shop in Rochester, MN because they will find a way to charge you more with their "complex but not straight upfront" as simple as engine oil service. Surely they won't see me again. BTW, Zach gave me a long list of courtesy diagnosis recommended fixes in which I'm not sure I trust it due to what happened to oil change service I got.
