Luckily, I was recommended to Anwar at Rochester Auto Service, and I'm very glad I found him. Anwar quickly diagnosed the issue and confirmed that I had a bad rear wheel bearing. While inspecting the vehicle, he also found that my brakes were significantly worn, with the rotors showing a lot of rust and pitting. He gave me a couple options and took the time to show me images of the brakes and their condition, which helped me understand exactly what he was seeing and why he recommended the service. I really appreciated that he put safety first rather than just doing the minimum repair. The work was done quickly and professionally, which was especially important since I was only passing through town. Everything has been working great since the repair. He also went above and beyond in ways I really appreciated, taking care of a couple additional things for me while I was there. What really impressed me was the follow up. Anwar called afterward to make sure everything was going well with the new brakes and reminded me to have the lug nuts checked for proper torque after driving about 100 miles. That kind of follow up and attention to detail is something you don't always get from an auto shop. I highly recommend Rochester Auto Service and Anwar. He was knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and genuinely seemed to care about doing the job right and making sure I was safe on the road. Great experience and value overall!
