They were not. Never had an issue with those gages. Now they want to lie to cover their asses. Trying to say we told them the gages weren't working when we picked the car up but their shop was closed when we picked the car up so clearly that's a lie. It was a straight lie because we had no clue they weren't working till we picked up the car after the shop was closed. So we never even spoke to anyone when we picked the car up. as it was 7 at night when we picked it up. The only thing that was wrong was it was over heating. But when this was brought to their attention the man was very rude and argumentive. Then lied over and over again. We will never use this shop again as they are very unprofessional. If tyour car is broke. You are better off going somewhere else. As they are nothing but a joke of a shop. They break things on purpose on your car so you keep coming back. Because he apparently thinks women are dumb and he can scam them. Watch out for this shyster. Beware be very aware

NOT GOOD. Just got an engine oil change and first time in 30 years of driving I got an explanation…read morefrom this auto shop of how they charge you based on the weight of the synthetic oil the car needs. As Zach, the front desk guy, told me if your car uses 0W-30 synthetic oil, they will charge less than 5W-30. Has anyone in Rochester got this? Ironically, I called ahead and provided my car's year, model with the type of oil that I have been used for years which is full synthetic, on the phone they told me the amoun lesser than they charged without asking for VIN number as Zach said to know which weight of the oil. Bottom line is be careful to bring your car for service at this auto shop in Rochester, MN because they will find a way to charge you more with their "complex but not straight upfront" as simple as engine oil service. Surely they won't see me again. BTW, Zach gave me a long list of courtesy diagnosis recommended fixes in which I'm not sure I trust it due to what happened to oil change service I got.

I saw my car engine light turn on and decided to call in Automotive Procare for services! I was…read moreable to bring in my car the same day as I called in and was grateful for that. The one thing I like about Automotive Procare is that they take pictures and send you information on exactly what was checked, what is looking wrong. It was nice to see that issues I brought up in the past at other auto shops weren't addressed, such as air filter issues. Here, they seem to access the whole car! They also provide a shuttle to get ya home as they work on your car, which is a plus for me. Following the full car assessment, I wish I got a call regarding the quote, rather I had to call in to get the quote as I waited for quite awhile. They did ask to keep my car overnight to look at it in the morning which I said yes too. I called in late afternoon the following day as I was concerned I didn't get a call back. Which they replied it's been good and ready all day. It would've been nice to get a call since I had to push back a lot of errands. Overall, I'm happy with the service. I can't say if I know the cost of my services was fair or not, but my car is in working order again!
