When I went to Advanced, the manager said I should have gone there to have it checked and would not reimburse me for the charge. My response was why would I think it would be a battery that was 2 months old? Long story short, they replaced the battery. Fingers crossed that this one lasts!

The van sat at dealership for 8 days before service was scheduled for" three hours". On the scheduled day for service called to learn, "not enough time", scheduled for next morning. Called the next morning, mid morning, to learn it hadn't been looked at yet. "Would be soon". I own a business and understand being short staffed. What happened to customer service? Just a call back with updates, staying on schedule? Very disappointing. Van still not done at the time of this review.

When I called them to find out why they sold me the wrong part the response I got was " it might work and it might not work" when I took the part back to get my money back I asked the question again just to clarify and she said "yea well we thought it might work" I could've died and had they originally told me "it might work" when I purchased the part I NEVER WOULDVE OUR PURCHASED IT!!! when it comes to cars you can't go on "it MIGHT" NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVEN BUY WASHER FLUID...they could've reimbursed my tow costs since it was technically their negligence that caused it.id give ZERO STARS if allowed. They contacted "Approved Towing" of Oneonta and they were there in about an hour. We need to tires for our Camper trailer due to the fact they both blew out at the same time. "Approved" went to get the tires and rims, all mounted, and came out with them in about 1 hour. Shortly there after we were on our way. "THANKS AGAIN APPROVED Towing". Steve Harris the owner told my retired on a budget father " buy 4 new tires and we will install for free" No Steve Harris that's not going to work. Your dealership put the wrong size tires on my fathers car. Now you want to make more work for everyone because we will take the legal route to make sure my father gets his new tires in the correct size. This wasn't his fault or responsibility.
