I provided pictures of the vehicle when it was dropped off in their parking lot as well as pictures the tow company took in their parking lot when picked up showing the damage. I have spoke to cu support several times regarding this matter. Yesterday I was told this had been approved and they would be paying for the damage. Today I called to follow up on this payment and was told the director was still investigating but unable to provide me with a phone number or email for the director, Lee, who is investigating. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU DONT WANT DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY FROM MAVIS TIRE!! I had 2 tires that needed replacement and took it to my local crooked Hay tire (reputation matters) for the tires. After paying $$$$ for brand new tires, I was quoted additional $$$$ for a REALLY IMPORTANT SERVICE, because my tie rods and joints were going to leave little Ole me stranded somewhere if I didn't get them fixed NOW. Fortunately, my mechanic wears a cape and is the only person I trust with a wrench near my vehicle. I made an appointment, not realizing that crooks had bought Hay tire and kept the name for the honest reputation the Hay name had. My mechanic (REAL HONESTY) put my car up and took it right back down. He said - There is absolutely nothing wrong with anything they said needed replacing. Not. One. Single. Thing. My honest mechanic kept his soul and will always keep my business. Hay Tire - you are predators, and I'm thankful my REAL, QUALIFIED, HONEST mechanic isn't.

I hate getting road debris in my Goodyear Eagle GTs ​I rolled in there with my 2002 Mustang GT because the tires were getting completely shot from burning rubber, so no nails this go round. The first thing I notice when I initially drove up was this cool giant snowman made out of painted white tires sitting outside. It's supposed to be cheerful, I guess someone spent way too much time trying to make rubber tires look jolly instead of plugging, but credit for the creativity, i wish i had a pictureto show you. Inside, they try real hard to be overly nice to you, small talk while waiting for a tire job or a tire balance just feels totally bizarre. I don't need conversation, I just need four tires that won't blow out on the highway. ​The guys working in the shop were smiling and acting like changing tires was the greatest job on earth, a credit to them, you should see the commercials. They got the work done on my Mustang quick enough, and the car drove fine, the tires hold air, and the alignment isn't pulling so I can't say they didn't do what they were paid to do. But all the forced cheerfulness and gimmicky decorations make you feel like you're standing in a theater play about auto repair. ​Three stars. They fixed the GT, but the whole experience leaves you feeling like everybody's trying just a little too hard to be pleasant.

So no one is apparently teaching him or checking his work since he's clearly inexperienced. And yet they'll still charge you full price for it. Took a truck here for no a/c FOUR TIMES, charged for new parts i didn't need and it still wasn't fixed. Took it to Ravenel truck and equipment, they had me fixed and turned around same day. I've been here a couple of times to get an oil change and to get my tires replaced. It's pretty…read morequiet here, so quiet it can be so loud if there isn't any other conversation going on in the background from the manager talking on the phone with a customer or talking with another employee. You can hear the sounds coming from the garage or the traffic from off of Cross County, but I always wish I had brought headphones to listen to music or watch a show on my phone. Bring a book or a crossword puzzle. There are some decent magazines to choose from on the table in the waiting area if you'd prefer though. When I get here, the wait isn't always long because I get here fairly early in the day and the guys are always so great at getting my car done as quickly as possible. They're all pretty friendly and seem to all have a good relationship with one another. You can hear them asking about each other's families or cracking jokes on occasion. I like coming here for my car needs because I feel like they'll take care of my car and not stick me with some crazy price for whatever service my car needs at the time.
