Hay tire...moncks corner. They will LIE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE IT'S GREEN. THEY WILL QUOTE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR A REPAIR THAT ISN'T NEEDED. I had 2 tires that needed replacement and took it to my local crooked Hay tire (reputation matters) for the tires. After paying $$$$ for brand new tires, I was quoted additional $$$$ for a REALLY IMPORTANT SERVICE, because my tie rods and joints were going to leave little Ole me stranded somewhere if I didn't get them fixed NOW. Fortunately, my mechanic wears a cape and is the only person I trust with a wrench near my vehicle. I made an appointment, not realizing that crooks had bought Hay tire and kept the name for the honest reputation the Hay name had. My mechanic (REAL HONESTY) put my car up and took it right back down. He said - There is absolutely nothing wrong with anything they said needed replacing. Not. One. Single. Thing. My honest mechanic kept his soul and will always keep my business. Hay Tire - you are predators, and I'm thankful my REAL, QUALIFIED, HONEST mechanic isn't. read more

I scheduled an appointment at 11am for a simple oil change. while waiting for two hours I sat and listened to the women working the desk talk about getting drunk, getting "f***ed up" and having to work with hangovers. After 2 hours I walked outside to find my truck still sitting in the parking lot untouched. This place is a disaster. read more

I brought in my wife's Focus because it sounded like my old truck driving down the road. I let them choose the recommended tires. Last time I picked the tires I won't make that mistake again. They put four new tires and a Battery. This car has never been so quiet on the road. I recommend setting up an appointment so you can get your car in and out faster. They will take the time to explain to you about the product or service and warranty. There more like a Mom and Pop outfit not a fast food company if you know what I mean. Got 2 tires on my car early this year. Took them an entire day after I was told early that morning it would be ready soon. I had to call to find out it would be ready soon. 2 months later I was going to put brakes on and find out they had stripped a lug nut and stud. Called and asked when they could fix it, they would not help with a loaner car or ride to work. Waited for a day off, dropped my car thursday night, Friday, nothing, Saturday, nothing....... I call Monday morning and was told it is ready. Call in late to work. Miss Pam tells me that I owe $50. They broke it in not paying. She told me with an attitude that I can take my car and go. Just so happened the vice president was pulling my car out. I explained to him how disappointed I was with the lack of communication. When my car is ready I should be called immediately, I should never have to call a business and ask if they might be done. He thanked me for the feedback and said he would address it. Well, too late for me and my family. This was their second and last strike. I'll be taking my business to a local company that treats me like a valued customer. read more

This is the second time I have visited this store and the second time they have saved me money. Honesty is apparently one of their policies and they were quick and honest. First time they did not even charge me and told me that I did not need what another place told me I needed. Second time they did a front end alignment and fixed a secondary problem when they did. I will continue to use them. read more

Almost 30 days we special order 2 batteries. When ordered we were given a total for the batteries that was different when went to pick up. Keep batteries to help support a local business. However review of the receipt there was a shop fee that I questioned to the 2 employees a lady and gentleman. The lady laughed at me and told me this was a shop. I can see a shop fee for installing but I just purchased them and installed myself. I spoke with the owner of the company in the West Ashley Store and he told me that was a mistake and that he would take care of it. As of yet I have received nothing nor have heard anything. A company is as good as its leadership. Apparently this companies leadership doesn't worry about the customers. So sorry I supported local. read more
