Being new here from Atlanta I still don't have a "neighborhood " auto repair shop so I had no idea where else to go except for a Honda dealership. In route I decided to Yelp auto repair centers and this shop came up with 5 stars. Because it was on the way I said what the hell and stopped to check it out. Thank the good Lord I did because it was a home run. They had my vehicle in the garage before they even knew my name and I was on my way back home in less than an hour. Total cost $145 plus $9 for a part and that included flushing out the freon and recharging the system. Both Firestone and Honda wanted around $99 just to evaluate and wanted me to leave car the afternoon. It would have taken longer just to get the paper work done in the amount of time it took to get me on my way at Jimmy's! Don't be fooled by the cosmetics of the building or the area they are located, truly a wonderful experience and there is a auto parts shop right next door. Thank you so much. I'm now a customer for life!

But I came to this guy got the truth there was nothing wrong with my radiator and I had a busted pipe that spit water on cylinders causing them to malfunction. The guys at Auto expert told me I needed a Catalytic converter. I've been to these guys at least four times since. I think they do work for the dealership next door also. They will have your car ready within the day and they are so inexpensive. Even if you don't live in the area it might be worth the trip. Just old school guys that will fix your car and not try to get all in your pocket. They do all my work. God bless them.

My wife had her car worked on by him last year and he did a great job for a reasonable price. He gave me new brake pads and fixed the rotors, for only $120, which was $40 LESS than what he originally quoted me. This was around $400 less than what Firestone quoted me. He's honest, won't jerk you around, doesn't try to sell you more than what you need, and does great work. It's just him in the shop, so he can get swamped at times, so you have to call him just to see how things are going sometimes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

He…read moregoes, "oh I bet that's the high pressure fuel pump, that's what it is, anytime I have a diesel truck come in here that's what it is. That's going to be expensive." Mind you, I hadn't even told him why I was there, what the truck had been doing or anything about it. I paid $160 I think it was, for the "diagnostic". That's where the right out of high school kid reads the codes and goes right down the line wanting to replace everything that his best guess could come up with. I'm a 30 year old woman but I'm not stupid. The kid said it needed a new ignition cylinder. I did some research. There was no way in hell that's what it could have been. They wanted me to pay for their locksmith to come out and make a second key to be sure that's what it was. I have a second key. "Oh well that's fine too." Trying to line their locksmiths pockets. They quoted me $300 to install the $9 part. I actually went by and said no way, that's not what it is, look for some other explanation. They called the next day saying now they didn't think it was the ignition cylinder. Shocker. Their next idea was the high pressure fuel pump. What a surprise. Quoted me around three thousand for it. I had a bad feeling about it. These people were not experienced enough. That, or they intended to scam me. I'd say probably both. I went up there to get the truck, the head guy was on vacation and left his workers there without any idea how to log into the office computer system. I waited 10-15 minutes for that to be figured out. While in the waiting room another lady told me her car had been there three months to fix the air conditioning. I had my truck towed back home. A mechanic that's a friend of a friend came and checked it out. It was the fuel filter housing. Replaced that. $400 If i didn't know any better and just let XperTECH do what they wanted, i would be out an additional $3300 for no reason. (The also tried to upsell me on the pump) Short and sweet? Don't use them.

He sold me a 12-year-old dry rotted tire with plugs on the side wall. It wasn't like I went out there and pick the one I wanted they chose the tire for me. It went flat I couldn't go to work. I brought it back to him and he was angry what did I expect I bought a used tire. Well I bought a half of a tire I didn't buy a 12 year old rotted tires. When he found me another tire and put it on his stripped the threads on my Lugnuts and put the hub cap back on wrong so it messed with the valve so I guess that was payback. Don't waste your time or money go to Geralds or some other company that's not going to rip you off.
