At first they did not know where the oil filter was. Then they could not get to it due to the location of the oil filter. Instead of coming to me to ask if I knew where the filter was, the employees huddle in a circle in front of the car talking quietly about it. Then one employee turns and starts tapping on the skid plate with his fist like he is punching it. They had the skid plate set on top of the engine but it was also partially on the top of the front quarter panel on the paint. Luckily no scratching. Then one employee comes and told me that they watched a youtube video of how to do the oil change on the car and in the video they took the tire off to get to the oil filter. Then he said that they could not do it for this reason but if I wanted to come back the next day, their manager might be able to get to the oil filter without taking the tire off.

I had 2 tires that needed replacement and took it to my local crooked Hay tire (reputation matters) for the tires. After paying $$$$ for brand new tires, I was quoted additional $$$$ for a REALLY IMPORTANT SERVICE, because my tie rods and joints were going to leave little Ole me stranded somewhere if I didn't get them fixed NOW. Fortunately, my mechanic wears a cape and is the only person I trust with a wrench near my vehicle. I made an appointment, not realizing that crooks had bought Hay tire and kept the name for the honest reputation the Hay name had. My mechanic (REAL HONESTY) put my car up and took it right back down. He said - There is absolutely nothing wrong with anything they said needed replacing. Not. One. Single. Thing. They don't know much at all about tires. They can't even read all the details off the screen. We had three different people try to help us, and we got three different answers on what they had. I finally settled on an option and they said it would have to be picked up the next day. We spend some time parking it closer to the building too, cause there is no way they can get to it today. I go home. Then they call, only 3 hours later and it's ready. If I had known that might happen I'd have hung around that side of town. At checkout, it takes her nearly half an hour to figure out how to ring it all up. I swear they have a dot matrix printer in the mix. I think she included some warranty service I didn't even want but you can't tell what is what on the receipt. Also, no alignment service available. I'm not sure if they balanced the tires properly either, so I had that done at my normal tire shop afterwards. Don't buy tires here. Tow it elsewhere!

He hasn't provided the writeup for the diagnostic, or an estimate for the work. I've contacted him to at least get the diagnostic write up, but he hasn't responded to my calls, emails, or messages on Yelp. I do not recommend using him to anyone. It is the 9/23 and I have not been given the diagnostic I paid for. Do not use him.

Told them we just wanted the water pump. They tried to say we needed a new radiator cap and thermostat, even though new ones were installed just 2 days ago. They changed the water pump and it still overheated. They didn't know what was wrong with it. It cost us $860.00. They charged a $25.42 credit card fee and a $38.52 shop supplies fee,even though the coolant fee was additional. This place is such a rip-off snd dishonest!
