My oil plug blew out the oil reservoir while driving down the interstate. As I managed the situation the best way I could and politely explain to management what happened along with the timeline of events. I submitted a service claim as recommended by Jiffy Lube customer service, as I was reimbursed for my initial service, but was denied additional inspection of my engine as I am now experiencing residual issues after the initial anomaly. Be advised, It will be up to one discretion to visit any Jiffy Lube service center without, one conducting your own post engine and oil plug inspection and verification after your oil service.
