I'm a first time customer, and I'll be back. Give Express a try…read more I needed an oil change with synthetic oil for my 2021 Chrysler Voyager. My dealer wanted nearly $200. And at least 90 minutes wait time in their customer lounge. I checked Express' customer ratings, and picked them based on that. I waited 2 minutes, then I was in the change bay. 8 minutes later, I had a new oil filter and syn oil. Oh, and my washer fluid was topped off, and other fluids checked. The technician then checked all my lights and indicators, and reset my van's Oil Change Alert. A quick credit card transaction, and I was done. For $90 (with $10 military discount)! The technician was extremely courteous and professional. These guys are now my go-to for both my cars. An additional note from my handicapped perspective. I drive, then transfer to my wheelchair, then exit my van. Not a big deal but a process. At the dealer I would have had to get out and in. At Express Oil Change, because they're optimized for oil changes with a service bay underneath, I could stay in my van while my oil was being changed. Very convenient.

Spoke to Luke. We discussed my issue and while we were on the phone he sent over a quote. I called back later that afternoon and told him I would drop the truck off Wednesday after work. I arrived, spoke with Luke, showed him what I did and he said no problem. We can get it taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I was not expecting to get the truck back until sometime on Friday. I get a call this afternoon from Luke, Mr. Tim, your truck is ready. I was like what, no way! Sure enough. I went there after work to pick it up. I spoke with Luke as well as Stephen who rang me up. We discussed the warranty and even provided me with the old part. I drove home rocking a cold A/C the entire way there and it about froze me out of the truck. You could not even tell that they had to remove the dash to make the repair. This time was because I hit a curb and blew out my tire, but even then the service was incredible. If not, we could have it further diagonsed and resolve the issue. They told me they do not drive the cars after installing tires. Odd as how would they be able to confirm if the issue was resolved?
