When I brought that car in a specifically said that I had brand new lug nuts on it and that I did want an impact wrench used on the car at all. Well, that didn't happen. I've now got some lug nuts that need replacement. When you look at the pics you'll see the damage. The fact that the paint at the top of the lug nuts has been scraped off also tells me that a shallow socket was used. A deep socket would never even come close to touching the top of the lug nut. Also, no attempt was made to keep the wheels clean. There are very big grease marks from someone's hands. That should have been wiped away. I'd use them again, but I'll also be sure to explain to them that this happened and that I wanted to be 100% sure it didn't happen again. And I'm dropping the stars from 5 to 3

Called Blaine, the gentlemen that runs things, the very next day. Blaine worked me in that very afternoon, and in 30 minutes or so, the repair was complete, and I was out the door. Up on the interstate I went, no vibration, ran smooth as silk! I can't recommend Blaine and Wholesale Wheel and Hub highly enough. Quick, friendly, affordable, and fast. They have solved mysteries, like when my husband's external temperature gauge would think it was -40* because it was raining. And when it's -40*, the AC won't work. Self-protection, you see. But uh, it's South Carolina, it's 89*, and it's raining. He needs some AC. The car manufacturer had never HEARD such a thing. We figured a bad sensor so we brought it to LCM&T and they found the sensor was GONE and two bare wires were shorting out. They capped em off, no charge, since we had been in the week before with an engine stutter that turned out to be burning oil. When it rains, it pours. And your AC won't work. Until LCM&T fixes your stupid sensor LOL I took my car on a long lonesome road trip and they prepped it for me beforehand as if I were their own child, checking everything twice to make sure I would be safe there and back. They care for their customers like nobody else. This place is a genuine small-town treasure, serving our community in such a vital way. They are my go-to and they should be yours. I hope they continue their excellent standard of care to the autos and their drivers for decades to come. It's hard to find a place like this, with heart and soul, anymore. I am a forever customer.

Went in and was told I needed to come back the next day as they needed to order more parts but still put my tires on without an alignment. A little over $1600 and two whole days wasted. Yesterday I was driving home from work when one of my brand new $173 tire blew. I took it back to the shop being as it hadn't even been 30 days. I got told that bad things happen and that there was no warranty for the tires I got. If I wanted a new one I would have to buy yet another tire. Upon arriving, he was also there to check me in. Very friendly and helpful guy. When we spoke days before, I was told that the specific tire I needed would arrive by today but came to find out that it wasn't. However after inspecting my tire, they were able to repair it with a plug since it was just a nail that was causing the slow leak so it did end up working out. But in the future I do hope that it's communicated to me if my tire doesn't show up on time so that any time wasted is avoided. Overall the appointment only took about 45 minutes and I received a text to notify when my car was ready. It didn't cost me anything because I had put warranty on the tire which was also a nice feature they offered. I still plan on coming back to this location next time.

No one had mentioned this during the full hour I was sitting there. I said never mind and asked for my keys, and then they couldn't find them. Apparently the technician had taken my keys with him to get gas. Eventually they returned them and I left. I drove straight to Jiffy Lube and ten minutes later my oil change was done. Zero out of ten. I would never go back to Firestone.

I hate getting road debris in my Goodyear Eagle GTs ​I rolled in there with my 2002 Mustang GT because the tires were getting completely shot from burning rubber, so no nails this go round. The first thing I notice when I initially drove up was this cool giant snowman made out of painted white tires sitting outside. It's supposed to be cheerful, I guess someone spent way too much time trying to make rubber tires look jolly instead of plugging, but credit for the creativity, i wish i had a pictureto show you. Inside, they try real hard to be overly nice to you, small talk while waiting for a tire job or a tire balance just feels totally bizarre. I don't need conversation, I just need four tires that won't blow out on the highway. ​The guys working in the shop were smiling and acting like changing tires was the greatest job on earth, a credit to them, you should see the commercials. They got the work done on my Mustang quick enough, and the car drove fine, the tires hold air, and the alignment isn't pulling so I can't say they didn't do what they were paid to do. But all the forced cheerfulness and gimmicky decorations make you feel like you're standing in a theater play about auto repair. ​Three stars. They fixed the GT, but the whole experience leaves you feeling like everybody's trying just a little too hard to be pleasant.

Dude - I have NEVER paid this amount ever for brakes and tires. I almost cried. They also told me that my shocks, that another dealer said I needed to get done, were absolutely FINE! That other place was gonna charge me like almost $3k!!! Anywho, dropped off the car at 7:30am and they were done shortly after 1pm. With the amount of work already lined up - I was shocked. I thought for sure it would be done the next day. Lastly, I got there at like 7:10am to wait and there was already a line but their procedures for this (which apparently they're used to) were so organized snd efficient and got everyone checked in and out the door in less than like 15 minutes. Today, I brought that tire back because it had a nail in it and needed to be repaired. The technician patched the nail hole, but while working on my tire, HE BLEW A HOLE IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PART OF THE TIRE! Then they made ME PAY FOR ANOTHER TIRE because of damage that happened to my tire while it was in THEIR SHOP! DO NOT GO HERE. THEY LOST MY BUSINESS PERMANENTLY. UPDATE: It somehow got worse. After I had already PAID for the replacement tire and walked outside to get into my car, the manager came outside behind me calling my name. I ignored him because, at that point, I had already paid for the tire and was leaving. He followed me outside, walked up to me and said, "I saw your negative review." He then got in my face, became aggressive with me, and called me an "old bad man" because I was ignoring him. Yes, at that point I cursed him out. He then told me that if I hadn't had a "bad attitude," he MAY have helped me. Helped me HOW? I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE TIRE AND WAS GETTING INTO MY CAR! If he intended to resolve the situation, why did he wait until AFTER I had paid and was leaving, and AFTER he had seen my negative review, to approach me? I do not know this manager's name, but I will be contacting ownership about his behavior. A manager following an upset customer outside after the transaction is over, telling the customer he saw his negative review, getting in his face, insulting him, and then claiming he might have helped him if he had a better attitude is completely unacceptable. And here's the final part that really got me: I specifically asked them to check the pressure in ALL FOUR of my tires before I left. I drove away with my tire pressures at: 40 PSI -- 31 PSI -- 32 PSI -- 31 PSI The tire at 40 PSI was the NEW tire they had just installed. My vehicle's tires are not supposed to be inflated over 36 PSI. So after I specifically asked them to check all four tires, they let me leave with one tire at 40 PSI and the other three at 31-32 PSI. This entire experience--from damaging my tire, making me pay for the replacement, the manager confronting me outside after seeing my negative review, and then sending me away with uneven tire pressures--was completely unacceptable. I will NEVER spend another dollar at this business, and I will be contacting ownership.
