I came back on Wednesday to get the oil changed done because I didn't have time that Saturday since they had taken so long. I came Wednesday to get an oil change and after waiting 2 hours NOTHING had been done so I had to reschedule this AGAIN. here we are Friday - I brought my truck in at NOON - It is now 4:05, and they are finally done with my vehicle. They told me it was going to take an hour and 45 minutes and as you can tell by the time it took them FOUR hours to do an oil change. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!! Four hours and 45 minutes for a set of tires is insane and caused me to miss two appointments. The Josh apologize for the said he would give me it for your oil change so I scheduled for the oil change on a different day. I've now been sitting here for two hours, and the vehicle is still in the parking lot and has not even been pulled in yet. I was trying to introduce other customers that I work with to this location and not only be back but definitely the other people I work cannot location with this type of service.

While we were talking I told her my Bluetooth wasn't working and she took the time to show me how to fix it if it ever happens again which was super helpful because it happens about once a month.

Having done my own oil changes all my life, life gets in the way and automotive makers make it a little bit more difficult for the do-it-yourself kind of person. Valvoline instant oil change makes this easy. Sure, and you pay a little bit, but it's worth the money. This great expert, courteous and thorough team always gets the job done right . The 1st time!. We've used Jiffy Lube for several years, out west. Since there were so few, we actually drove a few…read moremiles and past other shoppes to come here. When we arrived they seemed totally inept and disorganized. I was close to driving away. As the service went on, I felt more and more confident. Finally, in the end I realized I made the right decision to stay and these two fellows knew their stuff. The oil containers they use and the lack of an established procedure contributed to them spilling almost half a quart on and around the engine. They cleaned it up using a small soapy solution, so I don't believe it'll be a problem. Because of the synthetic oil I use and the weight/viscosity, I usually pay a bit more than most. I was quoted $80 dollars. He then said he could take another $15 off. That was considerate. I happened to have a $20 off coupon in my email, so even better. I'm going to cut costs and go back to doing my own changes (especially in the nicer weather). Until that day comes, it's Jiffy Lube. 02/22

wow. where do i start. So i drop my car off because it keeps dying, i drop it off and they tell me…read morethey can find anything wrong with except for my throttlebody. So i pay for that. Then the next day my car starts dying again. So i drop it back off. When i talked to someone there they said to drop it off thursday, theyd get it checked in the next day. I finally have to call them on monday, to be told they haven even looked at it. That it wont die when the drive it so basi it must not have an issue. I finally say im just coming to grt my car, the owner replies with 'dont hate me' because hes had my car for days and theyve done nothing. So when i pull up my car is gone. I ask where its at and they said the owner drove it up the road. This man pulls in with my car and gets out the car with a bag of chips saying he stopped to get a bag. When i tell you, my gas was on full when i dropped it off, it was on half a tank when i got it back. My interior is covers in mud from then. My carpet needs cleaned now. Its got some sort of tobacco crumbs in it, and i dont smoke. What a waste of time, waste of money, im actually out 240$ with no solution from them at all. Safe to say they will drive your car. And wont fix anything.

I contacted them in advance, and the manager, John Dean, was incredibly helpful and assured me they could work on the car. Two other tire dealers told me they would not work on my car because (1) their lift would not work on a Tesla (?), and the other said tie OEM tires have foam inside, and cannot be worked on. I arrived via the tow truck, and decided to replace both rear tires with Bridgestone EV tires. They worked me into their busy schedule, and I was told they had a tech that was trained to work on Teslas. Everything went great, and I love my new tires!
