Paul is a fantastic customer service rep and the store manager, Geoff, went above and beyond to make sure I could get my inspection taken care of despite my official registration card not arriving in the mail yet. I recently transferred my title from out of state to PA so it wasn't your typical inspection process. I'm really grateful to Paul's level of customer service. It's not something you experience much, especially around here or at a mechanic of all places. I don't want to say I'm looking forward to service issues, but I'm glad I know where I'll go when an issue arises. Thanks again for the great support. You guys have a great team at this location!

When I arrived in Erie I went to the first place that saw and that just so happen to be Tires For Less. I was under the impression I probably had a tire issue so I dropped my car off and headed to work. The staff here was super helpful and called me the second they knew what was going on with my car. Come to find out, I did not have a problem with my tires and they just needed to be balanced and that saved me quite a bit of money and time. I had a great experience bringing my car to tires of less and it's definitely going to be the place I go if I ever get into this type of predicament again. The gentleman I spoke with was helpful, the price was good, and that's all you really need in a tire shop!

There's no reason for me to ever go anywhere else and I won't. These are the pro's!

I looked up tire places, and found Kerr's Tire Korner. I arrived around 8 AM and was warmly greeted by Brian. I explained my situation, and he had my car up on the lift within minutes. As I suspected, I needed wheels balanced from some damage done by the tire debris. Brian was very professional and extremely personable. I felt like I was in another country. Where I'm from in New Jersey, the pace is much more hectic and less friendly. In top of Brian's outstanding and personable service, he did not charge me!
