I explained what happened, they replaced the crush washer on my oil pan drain bolt (Hogan and Sons just didn't replace it) and topped me off with 2.5 quarts of 0W20 (that's a lot of oil to lose in 24 hours!) They'll be my new go-to. Friendly service, car has always been great after they've worked on it. Fair pricing! So for the details.. I've gone to Kerr's when my tire light came on and they rotated my tires free of charge, which I was really surprised by. I decided I'd come back when it was time for an oil change, and when I did, they told me my air filter needed a change. I really appreciated that they checked my car overall bc let's be honest, I didn't even notice it was time to change my black a** filter lol oops. I asked them to quote me for some tires as I knew it was about that time. Kerr's was so helpful with the quote so I could shop around (and they made me feel comfortable about shopping around too since they didn't try to convince me to choose them). I decided to book with them since I found their pricing very reasonable and honest. My tires have been great ever since! Make sure to call and ask if appointment is needed. I feel like it most often is since they've been packed every time I've gone. That's how you know you chose a good place.

They always fit me in quickly, they are honest about what repairs are necessary or optional, their prices are more than fair, and Mike is so dang friendly every time I'm there. I absolutely feel I can trust Mike and his crew, and I am so thankful for the friendly service they provide.
