That evening you google struts and find the most expensive ones are $347/pair. So how did the price go up $860? You go to pick it up the next day and it's not ready! Cars that came in after us have been taken first. It's a 40 mile roundtrip. Call the next day and it's ready. You protest the huge price tag, pointing out struts for a Nissan are $347 or LESS. The manager argues back that they did so much more and even replaced another part that cost $60 for free. They have your car. You have no choice. Their struts for our car are $699!
