I had a LT rental , due to a collision , that was super grimy and dirty outside. Took it through the Express Wash --for $10- with hand dry after. I was so impressed with the courteous customer service and high quality of the express wash that I returned and took my personal vehicle through a few hours later. I recently got the oil changed on my CRV at this location. The tech forgot to put the bolts back to secure the skid plate. We noticed shortly after and asked them to affix or return the bolts. The initial reaction of the techs was to deny responsibility, but ultimately they did attempt to fix it that day. Unfortunately, the replaced parts were incorrect and incomplete because the originals were misplaced. However, I have to say that I was really was impressed that the GM was very responsive and communicated with me to gather all of the information about my situation. She quickly resolved the issue above and beyond my expectations. I respect her commitment to genuine customer service and maybe it indicates a better picture of how they normally do business. The other major car wash in town told me if I wanted a clean car I would need their unlimited plan. They don't get a car clean in one wash. I tied Grease Monkey and guess what? They do! Not only did it come clean with a $10 wash, they went out of their way to make sure they got all the bugs and hand dried it. Far and away a better car wash with better service. read more

They shut down their self serve and only are allowing the express service. I simply wanted to spray down some hard to get areas before paying more money to go through express lane wash. Go down the road, there a many better options in Farmington read more

I've been getting my oil changed here for a bit and I am pretty happy with their service! I think it's a bit pricey, BUT you get a car wash with your oil change and access to free popcorn in the lobby. You know I'm about that free food life hah The service is good and quick! I was there for literally less than 5 minutes the other day. Shazam! That's helpful for folks who are on a time crunch. One thing that stands out to me about Grease Monkey tho is that when I ever I get my oil change it's done by a woman! A pretty cute one at that! I've never had a lady change my oil or work on my car before and call me a flaming feminist if you want, but I'm super down with that. I've been here several times now and they've serviced pretty much all of my vehicles. At times, the wait is pretty long and if you go early in the morning, your in and out pretty quick. The guys that service my vehicles are pretty friendly and I feel like they genuinely take pride in their work. I've had no problems and it's always been a great experience when I take my vehicles to Grease Monkey. I've had a few chats with the service writer and the owner, both have been pleasant experiences. The lobby is always clean and the bathrooms are also top notch. They also have a tv and it'll help pass the time if you are waiting for your service. They usually have a pot of hot coffee and some freshly popped popcorn. If you're not in the mood for for coffee and popcorn, they also have a store that sells all sorts of snacks. Back to the automotive services, the prices are fair and at times, there are coupons for their services. I do recommend this place and the car wash is probably the best in town! read more

Better than Mr. Carwash. Local owned not a chain like the mr carwash. They also dry your car for you, something that brand b doesn't do.

Took a Lincoln MKX in for a full service, full complete tune up, and brakes front and rear. They lied to my woman, didn't do everything they were paid to do and even marked as completed on paperwork, only did front brakes, air filter, lied about which spark plugs they used, charge $100 for 6, generic plugs, not including labor, as well as over priced on everything including what was not done. Long story short, car over heated, blew head gasket, coolant in oil, and are refusing to take responsibility even tho they blatantly stated that they lied, aswell as did not do what they were paid to do, so now trying to shuffle kids around without a vehicle, awesome! Who charges over $800 for an air filter, cheap plugs, front brakes, and no maintenance only to ruin a nice vehicle and create hard times for people. I recommend staying as far away from there as possible. read more

I had a really bad experience here. The person that worked on my vehicle didn't connect a hose correctly after an oil change. This caused the check engine light to light up causing me concern. It took an experienced mechanic to find out what that was causing the check engine to come on. Because Grease Monkey didn't properly put things back together I was stressed out and spent more money on a mechanic. read more

Best oil change experience I've ever had. Everyone was extremely friendly. The owner and general manager came to greet me. The workers were all very professional and friendly. Very fast and a free car wash to boot. After the car wash, a couple workers met me after to dry my car off. I will definitely go there again and recommend to all my friends and family. Brought my car in for an oil change, it was running when I brought it and now it is not. Apparently, they heard a "backfire" and it wouldn't start again. After charging me for changing the oil in my now paperweight, they watched and laughed from their garage as my wife and I pushed the car around back and forth in their parking lot as we had to get it set up for a tow cord. BTW it was pouring down heavy rain. Will never use again and will never recommend to a friend. read more

I took my car in and told them I wanted a full service oil change a tune-up and my brakes repaired after about a week of driving the vehicle temperature all of a sudden the temperarure went very High the check engine light came on and my vehicle died. We took the vehicle and and talk to the regional manager who put the blame on us saying that we must have driven the vehicle very far after it got hot which was not the case and they had checked off that the windshield wipers were good but they weren't same thing for the belt the oil was very black I got no back brakes whatsoever they stated I declined back brake service but that was one of the main reasons I took the vehicle in I've never had problems with this vehicle till I should get to there and now I am stuck without a vehicle they are assuming no responsibility for it and now I have to get a lawyer to handle this situation. We call ahead before we brought our Subaru to this local shop and asked if they do oil changes on Subaru's and their response over the phone was "yes, we do". So, we decided to bring our vehicle to this local shop and assume it would be done. Nope the worker asks who owns the Subaru and says "the technician drained the transmission fluid instead of the oil fluid" and now have to wait to get it refilled. Crossing fingers and hoping they put the right fluid in the right place. Still waiting. read more

When I said no he "accidentally" typed in the most expensive one and said it would be 5 minutes to get a receipt to redo. There were not enough vacuums and the wash and dry jobs were not good.
