Hands down the worst service I receive here today. I dropped my car off for tire rotation and to check brakes and rotators as the brakes have been squeaky. I asked for a call when then car is in the shop. 4 hours later still no call. I called and spoke to someone who 1. Didn't know what vehicle I was talking about 2. Then said oh yea it's been done for hours. 3. I asked about the brake noise update. He didn't know what I was talking about then said oh they were fine. I asked why I didn't receive a call. He said "I had to leave to get my hair cut". I then asked, so was the noise investigated? He then got snippy and said, "I said they were fine". I asked him how he knew since he was out getting a hair cut. Then he said I was being rude because I asked who he talked to about the noise and if the brakes were worn down or if the rotators were needed to be grinded. He still didn't have an answer and said well you can just buy new brakes and rotators if you're concerned about it then. ‍‍‍ I told him nevermind, I'll come get my car and take it elsewhere. When I got back to the shop, he tried to backtrack. But too little too late. read more

I went in for a simple flat repair on my car. They broke the lug nut covers, significantly over torqued the wheel that they touched, and over inflated all four tires past 40 psi, the sicker on the door that is specified by the manufacturer is for 32, this caused the center of the tires to wear out way faster. Don't recommend at all. read more

My family picked up a screw in one tire while visiting Chaco Canyon, and limped up to our hotel in Farmington on a spare. The next morning, in less than an hour the guys at Big O patched not only that tire, but another one that had a very slow leak. When I came to pick up the car they wouldn't accept payment ("No charge for flats"), even after I explained that we're up from Albuquerque and wouldn't be able to come back when we need new tires. I can't comment on price, but the folks at this location work quickly, were friendly & professional, and seemed to be having an good time at their job. I'd definitely recommend you to stop here first if you need car service in Farmington. read more

Came into town in the dark hours and had my rental car roadside service put my spare on. He told me the rear had the nail in it. I took the vehicle to Big O first thing in the morning to have the tire repaired. Not only did they fix the one but detected and notified me of another that could have been an issue down the road. No one in the entire place had a mask on, including the guy behind the desk and one of the techs who came to the front desk while I was there. Desk Guy offered to back my truck and trailer in to air up my tires, then pointed at Tech Guy and said, or he can do it. I informed them that since neither of them had a mask on, no one would be touching my truck, and I left. I swung my truck around and took this photo. You'll notice the door open a bit. That's when one of their customers came out and starting yelling across the parking lot that he wasn't wearing a mask and wanted me to take a picture of him. When I yelled back "And you're bragging about that?" is when he yelled "You're what's wrong with this country." He'll be a statistic soon in this COVID-19 hotspot. Shame on Big O. read more

Congratulations Big 0 (zero) tires. You just lost a repeat customer. Went in yesterday around 1 pm to get a replacement tire for a flat with a nail in it. Everett Sampson(who repeatedly mentions to people that he's the boss), told me they didn't have a 255 70 R16 in stock but could pick one up at their store in Aztec and call me after 3 p.m. to come back and have it mounted. No call. Went back in this morning and Mr. Sampson, the boss, pretends he's never seen me. He looks up my phone number and can't seem to find the tire. He then takes my key, leaving me stuck, and says he'll check in the back (knowing it's not back there.) He comes back out and tells me they'll send someone over to pick it up. No apology for the gaffe, no asking me if I still want to wait. One hour and 45 minutes later, my single tire is replaced. I review the bill after leaving and it has a protection plan tacked on for an extra 20.00. He did not even ask if I wanted the protection plan. If you enjoy being screwed, by all means, give them a try, otherwise, go elsewhere. read more

We are traveling and had a flat tire and we're about half an hour away from anything. I googled tire repair and found them open until 6pm. We had to leave early the next morning and drive 22 hours and didn't want to do it in a spare. We got to the shop they repaired the tire and checked the pressure in the other tires. All for free!! They do not charge for tire repairs! Very friendly too. read more
