We asked the "Knowledgeable" one , who was holding the useless meter, if the circulating pump was running. This kid put his hand on the pump, and said that it was running, which was obvious. M&R charged us over THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS for NOT doing what they specifically hired to do. M&R should be ashamed of what they did to an elderly, limited income, couple.
