8/17/26 Discovered a penny nail in my rear tire while…read morepumping gas. Fortunately it was a very slow lead I took care of one the way to work. Service 5/5 In at 8 am opening. Was assisted immediately by a tire specialist who confirmed my view, the nail was at the sidewall edge making it un-repairable. The rear tires were just rotated by the dealer to the rear, both OEM tires had 8k miles on them. Due to wear factor both had to be replaced. The car was in for about 40 minutes and off to work. Yes thank goodness for a spare we got to Gallup New Mexico on a Sunday and of course nothings open on Sunday in Gallup. So after spending the night we headed into Farmington Discount Tire and thank god they had the tire we needed so we got two just to be safe. The guy said it was going to take a couple of hour's but we were just thankful that they were able to assist us the staff was amazing and it gave us some time to explore Farmington, have some lunch and take our fur babies to the park. This location is under remodeling but they do have a canopy and chairs for their customers to sit under. Again thank you to Discount Tires for helping out of towners who are stuck in a crunch.

They took the car right in and told us that the shocks needed to be replaced but there were none in Farmington. The shop manager got on the phone and found some that Gould be there the next days, he ordered them, they got there the next morning and he had us on our way be 10:30. He went so far and beyond to help us and charged us a very fair price, A lot less then I was expecting. I would highly recommend them wish they were where I loved.

And this business couldn't care less!! On 9/20/18 at 11:30AM I brought my car to Four Corners Tire Pros and that was the BIGGEST mistake of my year. It has been nothing but trouble and the worst experience I have ever had. I brought my car in for brakes. I then waited almost 2 hours for them to get back to me about it. When they finally did, they explained the back drum brakes and the front disk breaks are close to needing replacement and should be done. As well as a bleed and flush. I agreed, they gave me a quote, and I continued to wait. As I waited, I noticed the quote they gave me had the front rotors as part of the quote (which I did NOT need and had recently replaced them within the last year) I brought it to the attention of the employees, to which they replied they said they were replacing them because I replied it does sometime shake (when I brake very hard). I said I wasn't aware they were going to be replacing them and did not want them replaced. They agreed to put the rotors back on as they were still very much usable. After another 4 hours, they finally completed my car. They came out and mentioned it took so long because "they didn't have the tool they needed and had to improvise" and then laughed!! When I tried to pay for my vehicle so i could go (because I had an 8 hour trip ahead of me and the entire day wasted there, WHICH I TOLD THEM MULTIPLE TIMES) The employee had the card reader ready, with the same price as with new rotors! Which they did NOT do. They tried to charge me another $200 for something I did not have done, and had I just swiped and not paid attention to the price, they would have charged me for it! Now, I leave and get on the road, and this is where i learn HOW HARD THEY SCREWED ME. I am driving, I notice a noise about 4 hours into my drive, I realize my back left tire is making an AWFUL screeching noise. I stop to try to figure something out. Meanwhile, we are in the middle of no-where, at least 40 miles from the nearest town, its almost midnight, AND I HAVE NO CELL SERVICE. So, concerned with the brake job they did (that they admitted they "improvised" for) we try to pull off the tired to expose the drum brake, we open it up and there is a loose bolt that falls out, another chunk of metal and there is the broken brake part (LABELED FOR THE RIGHT SIDE AND IT IS ON THE LEFT!). I am at this point very upset because had we not noticed the noise, this could have potentially cause a major crash as we were at highway speeds the entire drive. We try take the loose parts and put the brake back on so that we can try to hobble to the next town. We had to get a hotel at 1AM 4 hours into our 8 hour drive because they sent us off in a death trap! Come morning, we call them and they seem very unconcerned that this even happened!!! They continued to be incompetent and I had to go to a local shop to get it fixed. The second shop confirmed not only did my invoice still bill me for front rotors, not only did they not assemble, adjust, round, or properly install my rear brakes; but they also most definitely did not do a flush on my brake fluid! As it was chunky and very very dark, as well as no recent markings showing the lines had been moved to perform the flush. I now have spent another day in this secondary shop as they try to fix what Four Corners Tire Pros horribly screwed up!!!! I am appalled and stunned by the amount of incompetence at this company. I would NEVER ever recommend this company, even to an enemy because they waste time, try to scam more money, don't complete services you paid for and let you leave in a death trap!

There was a message on our answering machine that they'd checked everything out and "everything looks good", it only needs the $79.99 alignment. Called back to authorize the alignment and that's when they hit me with "the passenger side strut is badly bent and tie rods are messed up". The repair price suddenly jumped up to $940 from the $80 original price!!!!! You're in shock. You argue and question and very reluctantly tell them to fix it. That evening you google struts and find the most expensive ones are $347/pair. So how did the price go up $860? You go to pick it up the next day and it's not ready! Cars that came in after us have been taken first. It's a 40 mile roundtrip. Call the next day and it's ready. You protest the huge price tag, pointing out struts for a Nissan are $347 or LESS. The manager argues back that they did so much more and even replaced another part that cost $60 for free. They have your car. You have no choice. Their struts for our car are $699! Quite a mark up from $347! We're retired and we just got massively taken by this place. Never, ever go there!

As you checkout the food court is right in front of you; I've had the frozen yogurt which is pretty tasty and only around $1!

She just stood there making me explain what it is. I was really caught off guard & not sure what to do next as I was just stuck there at the door with her refusing to let me in to shop for the customer. Three times I said, "Really? You've never heard of Instacart?" To which she just kept responding "no" while she looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about while I tried to explain Instacart. Then she got on her phone and started having a conversation with a coworker about standard operating procedure for Instacart as through she was well-versed in what Instacart is. I felt gaslit and humiliated. It honestly felt like she was lying straight to my face for no reason while I was simply trying to do my job. I don't know what possessed her to act like that, but it's actually al little bit alarming and suspicious that one of the people working your main entrance has absolutely NEVER heard of Instacart when you are listed as one of the stores Instacart customers can choose to shop at. I drove all the way over to Sam's Club to complete an Instacart order for one of your customers & this how the interaction at the main entrance went.
