I took my car in for the service, which takes about an hour and a half. At an hour and twenty minutes, they asked if I wanted new tires. Honestly, if they'd made the suggestion at the beginning of the service, I would have gotten them, but by this point, I didn't have the time. Plus, shouldn't that suggestion have been made earlier? At the end of the service, I was given the information on the alignment and sent to my car. It was obvious that no tire rotation was done. I went back into the shop and asked if the rotation was done. I was told yes, but when the mechanic was questioned, he said no. Why? Because I didn't buy new tires. I asked to be called to discuss them making it right. Crickets. Even if they thought the car's tires didn't need rotation, they should have done it because I paid for and scheduled the service OR explained at the beginning of the service why they didn't want to do it. Either would have been good with me. My suggestion is do not go to this Firestone. They cannot be trusted to do the work. If I hadn't questioned them, I never would have known they didn't rotate the tires.

I don't care how nice you are I want results I pay for result and any money given to you I expect a simple standard of results. You failed to meet the most basic standards of any shop who work on cars and the attitude in your service was distasteful and arrogant. Dustin showed me the taillight was full of water! I never would have guessed. He ordered the parts and the work got finished. They also replaced my windshield wipers and gave the windshield a good cleaning inside and out. I had a hard to diagnose steering issue with a Ford Fusion, and I wasted a lot of time and money…read moretaking my vehicle to three different shops without the issue being fully resolved. A mechanic friend of mine recommended Hillyer's, It took a few weeks to get in, but they quickly and correctly diagnosed the issue (failing wheel bearing and bent steering knuckle). The knuckle had to be ordered so it did take a few more weeks to get the repair done, but when all was said and done they fixed the issue at a reasonable price, no more sticky steering, vibrating, and clunking. They also subtracted the $75 diagnostic fee from my final bill, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend Hillyer's, and they will be my go to with any future suspension, alignment, or wheel issues.
