Multiple terrible experiences at this location. 1st time I took my car in for an oil change and was given my car back with oil all over the door and door handle as well as inside the car. I spoke with the manager at that time who did apologize and personally cleaned up the mess. Wanted to give them a second chance so I took it back for another oil change and when I picked up my car the battery was dead. One of the guys had to jump the car to start it and told me I needed to replace the battery. Never had any issues with battery prior to this oil change. Understandable the battery is just about to hit 4 years but it was obvious a light was left on that drained it. They tested the battery life and told me it says it needs replacement. I'll be purchasing that elsewhere considering the terrible service this auto center has given me. It took getting a manager involved to even admit that the battery must have been drained this way. The initial employee who helped me took no responsibility and made it seem as if the battery just happened to "give out" at the exact moment I left my car for servicing there meanwhile I've never had an issue prior. read more

Waste of time coming here. It took an hour and a half for my oil change! Plus the guy didn't change my engine light so now I have to youtube that, and he didn't put in the fuel injector cleaner he upsold me so i have to put that in when i get home too and waste more time. I wouldnt even be mad if it didnt take 90 MINUTES, go to walmart in islandia they will do everything correctly and in 30 minutes. Im sticking with them. read more

They posted the shop as being opened until 5:00 online. When I showed up to get an oil change, the guy told me they actually closed at 4:00, which was a lie, because even though it was only 3:00, he still turned me away because, "we have to finish doing tires." If you want to be treated rudely and not have your car serviced, this is the place to go! read more

Horrible. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY AUTOMOTIVE WORK. I got an oil change done here and they did not put the oil cap back in my car. After they finished the oil change I drove for 2 days not knowing the cap was not on until there was smoke coming out of my car. The oil splattered everywhere went back they barely cleaned it so I had to take it somewhere else to clean up the oil mess it left on my engine and I called Walmart several times and they won't pay me what I spent on their mistake!!! read more

Whatever you do, do not try to buy tires for a Tesla from Walmart!!! I needed new tires to put on before giving the leased car back. I ordered them online , by putting the make, year and model in the system two weeks ago and scheduled the install a week after. A few days before the install I received a VM as to what kind of car it was and if there were locks on the lug nuts. The second question I understood, but was puzzled at the first, as they had that info. I tried calling back at least 8 times and no one would pick up the phone. I showed up for the appointment and checked in, no one said a word. They told me it would be an hour and a half, so I went shopping for stuff I did not need. When I got a text that my car was being worked on I went back and saw them pulling my car out. The manager told me they could not do the install because I did not have the special pads that let them put a Tesla on their jacks. When I explained their process, I was told that they do not have access to any of that info and that is why they called me, but he admitted they often were very busy and did not answer. Wish I could give 0 stars. Drove from queens to get an oil change for my VW Jetta...I arrive with only 1 car before me ...the gentleman sees me and tells me it will be at least 30 to 45min for a synthetic oil change (which is fine). He told me to pull up and I'm next. He said he had to follow a coworker to drop off a fork lift and will be back to check me in. 2 minutes later another man (looked like the person doing the other oil change) comes up asking if he can help me. I said I was already helped and waiting to get my oil changed. He tells me they don't do VWs or any German cars. I replied that the previous man told me to pull up and I was next(he turned out to be the manager) and that their website did not mention that and I tried calling without any answer from their department. I asked why... He responded that they didn't have the filter in stock. So I said, "the great news is that prior to driving out there, I checked the website and the filter was in stock (as that's where I usually get my supplies for my family member to do at home)." He comes up with a different excuse now, saying he doesn't have the tools to take the filter off. At this point, instead of waiting for the manager to come back... I decided if I'm speaking to the person who is supposed to be doing my oil change... I don't want him working on my vehicle cause he probably doesn't know what he's doing.
