The oil change is advertised as 5 minute once it's your turn, luckily there was only one person before me. It's so quick, you wait in your car. After years of using this location for my oil changes on multiple cars. My last oil change they…read moredidn't tighten the oil filter enough, and over a period of a few months, more that 2 quarts leaked out, making a mess of the driveway & the engine. We though it was the engine itself, so had a different mechanic check it out & find the loose filter, install a new filter, add in the missing oil & clean up the mess under the hood. When I contacted the manager at Jiffy lube, she told me "there's nothing we can do" as they only had a 90 day warranty on their work, and I was just past that at the point I called. I wasn't expecting compensation for all the trouble, cleanup, fixing of their mistake, but not even a partial refund, or even a credit towards additional work? - let's just say Jiffy Lube has lost mine and my families business for life.

I like that they do not rush when vacuuming your car, assuring that the floor mats are vacuumed just as thourogh and they are meticulous! You enter into a huge waiting area when going to pay for the car wash that is filled to the brim with every possible car item you could imagine for purchase. From floor mats to different scents to keep the inside of your car smelling fresh, they carry it all and they are very reasonable! There are even massage chairs to use while waiting for your car to be washed! After your car finishes going through the tunnel, the staff spends a good amount of time drying your car and polishing the tires (if you choose the service that offers that) Just like the way they do for the inside when vacuuming at the start.
