I thought for sure he was being taken advantage of so I called Tire Express for advice. Twice, she took my phone call and answered my questions about the tires they were trying to sell him along with other services. She gave me great advice that saved me a lot of money and ensured I wasn't being ripped off. Keep in mind that while I have purchased tires from Tire Express over the years, I'm not in there enough that she knows who I am. I could hear in the background she was busy, so I tried to be quick, but never once did she rush me off the phone while knowing I wasn't giving them business. Update to my post 4 days ago: I went back to Mavis and they…read moreallegedly fixed their mistake. However, they damaged the hose in my car which is causing my anti freeze to leak. Furthermore, they didn't actually fix their mistake. I had to pull over because the plastic part under my car was scrapping the ground. I looked to investigate and it was cracked in half because they did not screw the part back together. I'm concerned, because the lack of care and attention can cause accidents while I'm on the road.
